About: Since I was five years old when we adopted our family puppy, I have been involved in taking care of dogs. I have also over 350 hours of shelter volunteer experience in walking dogs, giving medications, and obedience training. Since I am hoping to be a vet one day, I am always wanting to meet new animals and give them the best care possible! I am currently a full-time student at Carleton and thus have classes and other extracurricular activities throughout the day. However, I have chunks of time throughout the day that could be devoted to pet care. If I am pet-sitting for you, your animal will be my priority! I do not have the capacity to care for your pet in my house, but I can provide whatever level of care you need in for your pet in your own home! If you need me to stay the night, I can do that. I am a detail-oriented person so whatever your pet needs I feel confident I can provide it.

About: I’ve been recommended to many by word of mouth, so I decided to bring my business to Rover as well! There’s nothing I love more than being able to provide comfort for your pets whenever you’re away. Me and your pets will go on walks, play dates, and anything else they enjoy! Be prepared for lots of photos of us enjoying our days together! I am working part time while in graduate school. Ideally, I am available for overnight stays, whether it be for the weekend or two weeks! I also have sitter backups for any extra care needed in which I’m not able to tend to. I’m currently in graduate school at Morehead State in Ky and will be commuting twice weekly until May. I haven’t dog sat in my own home before because I have 2 dogs and a pig of my own. Caring for your home and pets is what is most important to me! I will always be easy to reach, whether it be by phone, text, or FaceTime! I will also water your plants, pick up your mail, take out the trash, etc.

About: I have had 3 golden retrievers and 1 Pomeranian growing up. I do not have a dog right now but am willing to help anyone out that goes out of town or works long hours that needs their dog walked or needs to get their energy out. I am a registered nurse who starts at Cabell Huntington Hospital this month so right now I can do anytime of the day and weekends as well! All of my dogs have been crate trained and trained with commands. Walking with a leash was always a must with my pets so your dog will not be off the leash at any point so they do not run off.

About: Growing up, my mother ran a doggy day care out of her home and I often assisted her. I have much experience in caring for animals and also handling behavioral problems. I am currently unemployed as I am preparing to begin my student teaching through Marshall this fall. My schedule is open, other than putting time aside to care for my own furry friends. I feel it is important to constantly ensure that the animal being cared for is comfortable. I plan to reassure your furry friends with positive reinforcement and playfulness. I also plan to uphold quality and safe measures while with the animals. I will make it a priority to send you pictures of your furry friend during my visit!

About: I have had my own dog for the last five years. Before that I have watched dogs for different people in my family while also house sitting. All of these dogs have been big dogs, though mine is a medium sized dog. I am currently not working so I can typically help with pet care at any time of the week. I go back to college at the end of august, so around that time my schedule will change a bit but I should be good every weekend and most afternoons. I take my dog on at least five walks every day. She gets a treat whenever she is done. I also have a large crate that I put her in for when we leave. My dog also has multiple stuffed animals she enjoys playing with.

About: I have always had animals around. I work closely with local animal shelters. I am that person who sees an animal out on the loose and stops to find it’s home. My babies are my life. I have two dogs and two cats. I have always had animals. Your pets will be well taken care of and loved just like humans. I have two dogs and two cats. We are constantly playing outside, snuggling on the couch or watching movies. My pets love play time so I make sure to always give them the attention they need. I have a fenced in yard and two friendly doggos to keep your pet company. My pets are allowed in the bed and on furniture.

About: I have been around both cats and dogs my entire life. My mother bred English bulldogs, shelties, Lynx, and Persians since I was a child. I have also spent a few hundred hours studying behavior and training methods for both dogs and cats(yes cats can be trained too!). Currently doing Rover while the kiddo is in daycare. I'm available mon-fri 9am-5pm. Looking forward to meeting your furry friends! Any questions feel free to ask! Typically will bring treats or a small toy to get them to warm up to me(given owners permit it).

About: I’ve had dogs and cats throughout my childhood and my own fur babies since 2019! I have worked as a vet tech and have 5 years of petcare experience. I currently work as a substitute teacher, so my days are very flexible! I can help early mornings throughout the day until the late evening! I always make sure to care for pets and their environment as I would my own. I am more than happy to send updates, photos, etc while caring for pets!

About: I have lived with dogs all my life! Currently have 2 dogs that just turned 15yo and are pretty much my children. I've been a volunteer walking dogs at the franklin county dog shelter since April 2024 and am used to various sizes, ages and temperaments. As a nurse of 10 years I'm very comfortable with medication administration and care. I can provide a slip leash for any size dog. I would be happy to meet your fur babies! I am available for weekend visits and dog walking. I will also be avaliable for certain days during the week however it depends on my work schedule. I'm available for dog walking and visits. I have a 2023 subaru crosstrek that has a safety canvas in the back seat and can take your dogs to parks if you wish.

About: I am an extremely active person who loves all kinds of dogs! Walks are fun, but so are games and practicing obedience commands and tricks! Dogs of all shapes and sizes are my favorite, no matter the age. I have experience with puppies, and older dogs; high active and docile dogs; as well as those who love their leashes and others who hate their crates. It is important to me that I understand your expectations of the dog when it comes to disobedience and commands so that they will behave for me just like they behave for you. I understand that your pup is an extension of yourself and that they are part of your family and I only want to help you care for them as best I can! I have a very flexible and fluid schedule so if there is just a one off where you have a long day at the office or you know your best friend needs a regular mid day walk I am able to work it in! I understand that your dog will have to get used to me and me used to them but I will maintain the level of discipline that you tell me you are comfortable with. This will ensure that we avoid ruining any leashes, collars, toys, etc. as well as maintaining your home in the fashion you wish!

About: I have worked at an animal shelter, currently work at a veterinarian clinic. I have been dog sitting and walking for about 12 years now. I have a client that I have dog/house sat for 10 years now. Another client for 5 plus years, plus more! I love all pets of any sort. From baby camions to foxes. I love taking them on car rides to the park or walk through your neighborhood. No dogs scare me! I come prepared with lots of love and lots of treats! I have a Aussie puppy now that loves all dogs as well! All pets are welcomed in my home! We give nothing but love and patience here! I work full time at a veterinarian clinic, so I can bring them to work with me, go before and after work, and before bedtime if needed! Weekends are mostly free and would spend most of my time giving lots of love. I have a huge area I can let them run and play in, my dogs get along great with other dogs, so a lot of energy will be ran! I love walking/running, so I’m always up for a walk! Rain shine or snow, I’m there!

About: i’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since about the age of 12. i would walk my neighbors dogs, bathe them, feed them, and of course give them all the attention! everyone i’ve ever sitted for has trusted me to do so and was happy with experience, i love animals it’s a dream to work with them! i’m currently not working at the moment so this would be my full time job! i have 5 animals of my own that would love more company and play time! i do have an unfenced yard but there’s a trail close by my home that i like walking my dogs at if that would be ok! of course i would leash them and take them in my yard to potty unless i was at the comfort of your home then i would simply take them to your yard to potty and play!

About: We have a black lab beagal mix at our house and we have trained him and have taken him to training classes. I also am very flexible with the times I can walk that dogs. I can also run with the dogs with the client wants me to! With having a dog it is daily. We take our dog for walks most days unless it is raining or too hot out. We love him like he is our own kid :) I would not take a clients animal into our house. I would primarily walk them around the area to make sure they have been walked. If the client wants me to run with them as well I can do that too!

About: I have cared for doggos for family and friends since I was young. I’d love to help you with yours. I can care for dogs of all sizes. Medical care available upon request. I currently work four days a week and I’m available most weekends. I will typically complete a few errands during the weekend otherwise I am free to be giving love and snuggles to your furry friend. I provide excellent care and will discuss expectations prior to accepting the booking. I can provide some medical care (drug administration etc.). I request the dog be fully potty trained and not aggressive towards strangers.

About: I have been caring for dogs most of my life. Now thatI am retired I am doing it full time. I can care for puppies through senior dogs. I even have a couple of special needs dogs who get along wonderfully. I only keep 2 dogs at a time so I can give them all personalized attention. I also bake all natural treats for them (that really helps with training 😂) I would love to have you for an afternoon, day, week or even if you just need a walk. Let's meet and see how your pup takes to me. I look forward to our first visit. I am home so they will not be left alone or kept in a kennel all day. They will be part of our daily activities. Daily routines may include multiple walks in the park, romping in the fenced back yard, socializing with other dogs, and playing fetch. Lets not forget nap time!!!
