“Allie did a great job walking our older dog Maddie. She took her on different neighborhood walks, gave her treats, checked her water, sent pictures, and talked with my father-in-law who was caring for her. About: I have always been the go to person when it comes to pet sitting and dog walking. I have had my own reactive dog for the last 6 years and attend training classes with her every week. Which has helped me learn even more skills when it comes to dog care. I currently only do this. So my schedule is very open. I take my own dog out to play early in the morning because of the summer heat. So once I’ve taken care of mine, I am free! I am comfortable coming to your home. I can either play with your dog at your house, or take them out on a walk. I also love cats and have one of my own. So I am willing to check on cats, give medicine, clean litter boxes, and play.

About: I have taken care of fur babies since I was a child. I am currently 55 years old, so a very long time! I lived on a ranch for a good portion of my life with all types of animals, from kittens and puppies, to cattle and horses. I have fostered litters of kittens for roughly 10 years. No pet is too complicated for me! (Except maybe snakes) My schedule is kept open for pet care. It helps me stay motivated when I get to play catch with and love on the kitties and doggies I have a fenced in large backyard with no holes. I do have two pet friendly dogs and two pet friendly cats in my home and they are all great with other animals. I believe that it is important to respect other people’s homes and care for their pets as if they were my own. Pets are not only companions, they are family members.

About: Over the years Ive taken care of a plenty of dogs ranging from different sizes and breeds. Ive cared, bathed, fed, walked multiple of my friends dogs and cats as well as my own. Ive also distributed several different medications to pets of my own. And I truly treat my pets I would family, making sure they have walks daily, good/high quality homemade food, and ensure they are/feel very loved. My oldest dog is 13 so I have experience with elderly doggies too. Im working very minimal days currently so I have free time to care for your animals. I highly enjoy hiking and/or walking and love to do lots of outdoor activities specially with my dog. I am also available on weekends after 2pm if needed. I would highly prefer taking the animal out and about on a walk, hike, etc or caring for the pet in clients home. My doggies at home are not friendly with other dogs and would rather not risk it. I am a highly trustworthy person and am looking for the best interest of your pets.

“Ash was a godsend when we came to Chico to tour the University campus. She watched Midnight while we did the tour, which made it stress-free for everyone. She was sweet with Midnight and so helpful. I would highly recommend Ash!”

About: Hi! I’m Brooke – a Chico State student with a big heart for animals and an even bigger love for the outdoors. I’ve been around dogs my whole life, and caring for them feels like second nature. Whether it’s a peaceful walk through Bidwell Park, a splash in the river, or a playful backyard romp, I’m all about keeping your pup happy, healthy, and loved. I meet each dog where they’re at—whether they need a slow stroll, a high-energy hike, or just someone to cuddle with while you’re away. I truly believe dogs are family, and that’s how I treat every pup I care for. My goal? To make sure your dog feels safe, loved, and delightfully tired after a fun-filled day. I love staying active and usually start my mornings with a run or walk with my girl Marmy– and I’d be thrilled to bring your dog along for the adventure! I’m also experienced with senior dogs and pups with special needs, and I use only gentle, positive reinforcement to build trust and joy in every interaction. A few things I offer: 🐾 Daily adventures, walks, and outdoor play 🐾 Calm, loving care for all ages and energy levels 🐾 Attention to special needs and little quirks 🐾 A warm lap and plenty of belly rubs If you’re looking for someone who will treat your dog like their own and make sure their days are full of love and movement, I’d love to connect! I am available evenings, afternoons, and mornings. I work a job at a Cafe in town and work mainly early mornings with few afternoons. My hours tend to be short so I have plenty of time to give your furry friend all the love! I dont believe in yelling or ever hitting any pets. I work extensively with my dog to train her with love and kindness. I only act kindly and never aggressive towards any animals

About: I have been walking and taking care of dogs for about 4 years. I care for all sized pets, and love to provide treats as well! I’m currently going to school at Chico State, but I am available mid afternoon and on the weekends. My school schedule is not super packed throughout the week, so I have a lot of free time as well. “Kiersten is a very good and reliable dog walker. My dog Klay is still learning on the leash and has a tendency to pull. Kiersten exudes a great amount of patience with him, giving him training tips and tidbits along the way. I have noticed improvement in his walking. I was nervous to let someone walk my dog but kiersten has proven extremely responsible and I am so happy that I made the decision to have her walk Klay. “Brooke is great with Dogs. She did a wonderful job watching my three dogs while we were on vacation. She is dependable, on time, responsible and engaging with our four legged children. She’s worth giving her a shot with your dogs.”

Tyler C.
“Hello, I’ve been Tyler’s neighbor for more than ten years. He has been a dog walker for my dogs from young and energetic to old slow seniors. The dogs have always had a great time and there has never been any sort of problem. I trust him to take good care of my pets and would gladly send them out with him whenever he can take them. I don’t have cats but there have been several as part of his household over the years and they have always been healthy, happy, and well cared for. Though it may not be pertinent to pet care he has also worked for me doing other work. He has detailed my truck many times, painted my house, helped with yard work, and was a great help on a variety of tasks when I was laid up with a broken leg. He has always been reliable, hard working, and done a great job.”
