About: I have been around animals my entire life. I grew up in Alaska raising ducks, chickens, rabbits…even a ferret! I’ve always had dogs and a cats. I currently live with a senior pup and a young cat. We have several backyard chickens too! I worked as a professional dog walker/pet sitter for a number of years in Connecticut. I’m used to being outside rain or shine. I also know the importance of being able to adapt to each pets’ individual needs including special diets or medication. I work from home with a lot of flexibility so with proper planning and coordination I can be there to meet you and your furry friends’ needs. I have a fenced yard and a dog who doesn’t mind the company of other well socialized animals. We do have a cat and small child so please consider that before booking. If staying at your home, I will treat it just as my own with respect and consideration for you and your family and your privacy.

About: I have had many pets since I was just 4 years old! My life has revolved around my pets since I was young, and have always been a big responsibility in my daily life. About: I’ve cared for family dogs and a cat my whole life, including senior pets with complex needs—so I understand how important patience and gentle care can be. For the past 5 years, I’ve also pet sat for friends and neighbors, from energetic puppies to older animals needing medication or extra help. I recently moved from Atlanta to the Portland area for a full-time job, and leaving my family dogs behind was one of the hardest parts. I work 4 long shifts a week, which makes having a pet of my own tough—but I have plenty of free time, love, and experience to offer yours. Pet sitting and walking helps fill that gap in my heart, and I treat every pet like family. I work full-time Wednesday through Saturday from 9am to 7pm, but I’m available for walks or check-ins before or after my shifts. I have open availability on Sundays through Tuesdays and plenty of flexibility to offer quality time with your pet. I’m also available for overnight stays—even on my workdays, as long as I can head out by 8am. Pet care fits naturally into my life, and I genuinely enjoy making time for it. While I can’t have pets in my apartment, I’m more than happy to care for your pets in your home where they feel most comfortable. I offer overnight stays, drop-ins, and walks, and can help with feeding, fresh water, medications, potty breaks, playtime, and plenty of snuggles. I’m also happy to transport pets if needed. My whole life I have always had a furry friend with me and could not imagine living without one. I am very patient and understanding of shy pets. My dog, Ruby, is a rescue from Georgia who was abused. When we first got her she was very timid and would get startled by any noise around her. I work a full-time job Monday - Friday, with remote work at the beginning of the week and an hour-long break each day for those local to my office in Portland. My weekends are typically open, as I have Saturdays and Sundays off work. Generally speaking, I may be able to accommodate walks before 8 am and after 5 pm throughout the week. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always treat their space and their routine with respect. I follow your instructions closely—whether that’s feeding, refreshing water, wiping paws, or giving meds—and make sure your pet feels safe and cared for while you're away. For walks, I tailor the pace and route to your dog’s needs and energy level. Whether they’re a high-energy pup who loves to explore or a senior who enjoys a slow stroll, I make sure they’re getting the right amount of exercise, enrichment, and love. After every visit, I send an update so you know how things went and how your pet is doing!

About: I have had dogs in my family for 14 years, and I got my fur baby at 8 weeks old in 2020. She is the center of my universe and ever since getting her, all I have been wanting to do is care for and help as many dogs as I can. Not only do I have her, but my boyfriend, whom I live with, also has a pit but who is 10 years old. They adore each other. About a year ago, I started taking my dog to a professional dog trainer who specializes in bully breeds. Although it was a dog trainer, I was actually the one who was trained! I learned so much about dogs. Such as how to read them, how important routine and structure is, commands, reactivity, anxiousness and low confidence in dogs, leash training, and much more. I was taught things to do and changes to make to boost my girls confidence, listen better, and ease her anxiety and reactivity. She has been doing so much better and I’m so proud of her. I believe every dog deserves fair training, structure, and most of all, love and care! I currently work 4 days a week at PWM. I’m also taking online classes working toward my bachelors in nutrition. My other 2-3 days and some evenings, will be spent caring for and loving other’s fur babies! When I come to your home to visit your pet, whether it’s to feed them, play with them, walk them, or a combination of the 3, I will treat them as if they are my own. I will take the knowledge I’ve learned from my dog’s trainer and apply it when visiting your baby. I make my own dog treats and will bring them with me to share, if your dogs diet allows.
