About: I've always loved dogs and have been caring for them my whole life—from daily walks to full pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family. I'm comfortable with all breeds and sizes, and I understand that every dog has unique needs. Whether it's medication schedules, behavioral quirks, or just their favorite walking route, I pay attention to the details that matter to you and your pet. I'm also currently training to become a professional groomer, so your dog is in experienced hands. I work for myself, which gives me great flexibility for pet care throughout the week. I'm available most mornings and afternoons for walks and visits, with weekend availability as well. I'm happy to work around your schedule to make sure your pet gets consistent, reliable care. Your pet's safety and comfort are my top priorities. I follow your specific instructions carefully—whether that's feeding schedules, medication, exercise routines, or house rules. I keep you updated with photos and messages so you have peace of mind while you're away. We live on 6 private acres, so there's plenty of safe space for dogs to explore & no pets of our own if that's a concern (lost our German Shepherd last year and haven't been ready to get another yet). For walks, I use secure leashes/harnesses, stay aware of the environment, and adjust routes based on your dog's energy level and behavior.

We were lucky enough to have Hannah come watch our sweet boy Korbin Dallas when we had to be gone from our home for 12 hours. It was a real relief to see him so well loved while we were gone, I could enjoy the day versus worry about my pup. Will definitely use Hannah again if we need help! Highly highly recommend!!

About: I have owned my own dogs for over 10 years now. I have also been a dog sitter for locals in bandon for the past few years. It’s for dogs I have babysat all sizes from tiny chihuahuas to large mastiffs. They all get my love. I only work part time so I have lots of free time to spend with your pets. If they need any special requirements feel free to ask, I can be very flexible. I have a fenced in backyard for the dogs to run around in. My dog Bentley is allowed everywhere in the house and on furniture so same rules apply to your pets. If you need housesitting and there are specific rules just let me know.

I’m currently signed up with Trusted Housesitters and have references there as well as from other private clients. I have experience taking care of all kinds of animals from cats and dogs to goats, chickens, and horses. I have a very flexible schedule as I own rental properties and can work remotely. I also do residential housekeeping, but my clients are flexible with their cleaning schedules as well. About: When it comes to furry family members, all we want is what's best for them. Hello! My name is Josephine and I've been taking care of four-legged friends since I was a freshman in high school, from in home pet care to dog daycare and boarding with The Barking Dog Ltd. in Manchester, NH. To me, there is nothing more important than knowing that my family is safe and that includes the hairy parts. When you chose me to walk your pup I can guarantee that he will return home in a more lively state of mind. I understand that you as a working class citizen may have a steadfast schedule that doesn't allow your furry friend to be outside as much as you both would like. That's why I'm here! I am willing to work around whatever hours fit your needs. That being said, I hope to hear from you soon!

About: I grew up rescuing and caring for feral cats, wrangling a pack of adopted dogs, caring for pet chickens. I have experience in observing and caring for a wide variety of pet problems, so I'm thoughtful about behavior and game for a gamut of compassionate care. I've had the pleasure to meet many pet personalities and am always eager to enjoy more! In the winter, I have broader availability. I have a flexiblity that allows me to help owners across a wide range of days and times. Let's talk about it! My priorities when petsitting are pets' comfort and safety and keeping a low imprint in the house for the comfort of owners. Having a new person in the house is an adjustment for everyone, and I gear my choices towards making that as smooth as possible.

A pet sitter can provide focused care sessions, help your pet’s routine stay on track, or keep you updated on your pet’s mood and energy levels.

Whether you’re at the office for the day or traveling for a few nights, a pet sitter can offer potty breaks during a Bandon stroll, cleaning the litter box, or making sure your pet has on-time food or water refills. For daytime services like walking and drop-ins, you can also request sitters to send a report card with every visit.

Tip: You can discuss your specific arrangements with a pet sitter on Rover to what fits you, your pet, and your sitter’s needs. To find what their special skills are, look at the "Skills" and "Pet care experience" sections on their profile.

If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

The personalized, in-home nature of pet care through Rover can mean more individual attention for your pet.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
