Lenny was very nice and arrived on time. Arlie seemed to bond with Lenny right away, which made me feel good about leaving her in her care. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the communication. I found myself having to reach out and ask how Arlie was doing rather than receiving updates proactively. A little more communication and a few updates without having to ask would have gone a long way in helping me feel more at ease while I was away. Overall, Arlie seemed happy and well cared for, and I appreciated that.
