He normally has a lot of separation anxiety but I could tell our Clovis was well cared for. They also have an amazing backyard suited for dogs to play in. About: I have taken care of many of my friends and family’s pets. Although new to Rover, I am not new to caring for fur babies. I have plenty of time and affection to devote to your beloved fur baby. I have a charming little cabin in Sugarloaf, complete with a lovely yard perfect for playtime. My neighborhood is calm and welcoming, making it an ideal place for leisurely walks with your dogs. About: I’ve taken care of dogs and many other animals since I was a kid. My family loves to be outdoors and the dogs tag along most days! Our pets are family. I’m a stay at home mom with many pet animals. I enjoy caring for animals and making your pet feel loved while you are away. I have a fenced yard and dogs are allowed inside with us. I have three dogs, three cats and chickens(they are kept separate) we are animal lovers and have plenty of time for exercise, play and cuddles.

About: I have been a dog lover and dog mom all of my adult life. I grew up with different types of dogs, from small to large breed dogs. I have been dog sitting for over 10 years now and have established a beautiful home in Big Bear on a very secure fenced in quarter acre where I am always watching my dogs roam, play and live their best life. I would love to have your dog(s) stay with us and enjoy a playful and fun vacation while you are also doing the same! :) I work remotely from home, I am always home and it is my favorite place to be. I have plenty of time to care and play with your dog(s) and have no problem keeping them entertained and loved. My entire property is a securely fenced property and I have 2 very friendly and loving dogs of my own who will be excited about yours! In the evening, I close the front yard off and we are outside in the backyard which is very private, very secure and is also quite large. I am home all of the time, please let me know any instructions you have with your dog(s), I want to give them the same loving care they are used to from being at home with you.

“Amanda is very nice,flexible and detailed person. We come to Horseshoe bend ,Id to visit and have to daycare my fur baby for 1 day. She was quick to response to my inquiry on Rover. When we arrived to her place, she understood that Morty needed sometimes for adjustment and provided us as much time as needed to be with him before we departed. She is knowledgeable about the dog behaviors as she has 3 dogs herself. I felt comfortable to leave Morty under her care. When we picked him up, he was happy and content. About: I've had dogs growing up, as an adult I owned a lab pit mix from being 4 days old to when she passed not too long ago at the age of 12. I have experience with small and large dogs I am living full time in Big Bear Lake, I am flexible on your dog sitting time needs. I am available for anything from short walks to week long sitting keeping your dog in my home. I I prefer to watch in my home. My home is dog-friendly, and you are welcome to do an inspection of my home. I have a completed fenced in large backyard that is well maintained.

About: We love animals! And we have an extra soft spot for senior dogs. I am located in Big Bear City and will arrange to meet your pet before our first appointment to ensure that they are comfortable with me caring for them. I work part time and am always happy to fit a pup or cat visit into my day. If your animal has a specific time they prefer to visit, just let me know. We are happy to walk your pup or play with them at your residence. Cats will be nuzzled and loved in your safely within your home.

About: I have always been an animal lover. I have a BS degree in Biology with an emphasis in Zoology, and I managed a veterinary clinic for seven years. We currently have a German Shepherd, a Great Dane, and one large fluffy cat who are our furry kids. I am a very compassionate and empathetic person. I have been in social services by trade, and I love connecting and developing relationships with people and have a particular love and connection with animals. Even in my work both Child and Adult Protective Services, I always found myself drawn to protecting and caring for animals as well, to try and be their voice and an advocate. Working with people and pets seems like a natural progression, as it plays to all of my strengths!

About: After years of caring for all my friends pets when they go out of town I decided to give this a try! I love all animals and now that I work part time at home I am always available. I am a very active person and love the outdoors so I have no problem spending time outside with your pet. Living in Big Bear there are plenty of trails and dog parks available to visit within walking distance of our home. We also have a doggy door and a fenced in backyard. We do not have pets of our own but look forward to meeting and caring for yours! I know leaving pets can be stressful but rest assured your pet will be happy and cared for.
