“Jasmine is amazing and very well at communicating! She sends multiple pictures and updates during her care and will go above and beyond what is expected with your pet. I highly recommend booking with her!”

“James did a wonderful job taking care of my fur babies. They absolutely loved him and this is my second time as a drop in sitter where he stopped by and took care of my boys. He walked them, played with them and took care of their needs. I would highly recommend him and would surely book with him again.”

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all varieties for as long as I can remember . My heart will always have a special love for the big dogs I will say. I currently have a friendly 3 year old Shepard mix at home with me, so please keep that in mind when booking with me. He does love to play and your dogs will enjoy running around the fully fenced in back yard with him. I do have experience with puppy training as well. One of my favorite things is being able to teach a dog a new trick . I’ve got a huge heart for animals and would love to help give someone the peace of mind that their fur babies are being well taken care of while out of town . I currently work from home M-F so it makes boarding super easy for me logistic wise. I am available for all other services I would need to travel for after 4pm. Weekends I have free availability . I have a fully fenced in yard for the pups to all run around in and burn off energy. I do crate my animals when I’m leaving my house for extended periods of time to avoid accidents. I have an extra medium size crate already at my house, anything larger I would need yours for the duration of stay. If your dog is leash trained I live in a good neighborhood and enjoy taking mine on at least one daily walk . Play time is essential in my house and if your dog is simply a cuddle bug that’s always top tier in my book.
“Ashley was fantastic! Cool, calm & caring - she connected with my busy dog right away. She took excellent care to detail while my family and I were away, which allowed us to vacation with peace of mind!”

About: Pet Care with 16 years of experience at shelters and with family’s kennel club. Which included birthing, grooming, training for dog shows, and obedience classes. My grandpa was a veterinarian as well. I’m currently unemployed after just recently moving to Florida so I have a ton of free time to take care of your fluffy loved ones 😊 I am very organized and have a lot of patience. Also I have tons of leashes, food bowls, blankets, and a crate if needed to take care of your pet 😁
“Stephanie was so good with Nina. She definitely made me feel comfortable leaving her in her hands! She was also very accommodating and understanding.”

“Super gal!! Just perfect for our fur kids! They love her and she loves them. Will book her more in the future. Highly recommend her as she becomes part of the family.”

About: I have been taking care of animals most of my adult life. I have been the sole owner/operator for the past 10 years of a local pet sitting & walking business. I have taken care of all types and sizes of dogs, from small chihuahua size to small or large laberdoodles to great danes. I have experience in working with dogs who are stubborn eaters, and regular age dogs to senior dogs who require medication and extra care. My rates are very competitive. From a $30 daily walk/check in while at work or have a longer event to attend to a standard overnight which includes a 10 hour overnight stay, like 8pm-6am with 1 mid day potty/meal break. If you need a longer overnight stay like 20 hours round the clock/constant care at your house then the rate will be $150 per night. I have a fabulous list of references from clients that have been with me for anywhere from 4 to the full 10 years in operation. I'm currently only doing 1 weekly dog walking job, unfortunately due to the heartbreaking recent loss of one of my longest daily walking and sitting clients. My current daily walking job is only 3 days a week, any 3 days between M-F and is only for 30/35 mins and can be done anytime between 11am to 3pm. The rest of the time I am currently available and due to the flexibility of the current job, I have a very open availability. I only take dogs on leashed walks and during temperatures that are safe for the dog's health. I'm very respectful of what the parents want and all for the happiness of their dog. I'm very attentive when I'm with the dog to make sure they are safe at all times.
“Ansley has been so helpful walking my dog, an 11 year old Bichon Frise, when I needed her help. I appreciate her flexibility when my business trip plans changed. Love the daily updates.”
“Therisa is the best cat sitter! She works with my schedule and is very understanding. She goes above and beyond each visit and my cats are always happy and healthy when I get home from trips. I sometimes have complicated instructions and she never has any issues. I never have to repeat instructions for repeat visits either, she is always on the ball!”

“It was my first time using Rover as my regular sitter wasn’t available. I chose Gabby and Mary as they lived close by and had exceptional reviews. Gabby came by to meet the pups and I felt at ease upon meeting her. She reached out if she had questions and provided plenty of photos of the pups. Thank you for taking care of my babies.”

Feel free to reach out and I can let you know my availability! I have a fully fenced back yard, and a pretty spacious home. “I would definitely recommend Allyson. She was on time with her visits with our girl. She informed us of what she did for honey and she made it easy for us to be away.”

“Morgan was so wonderful! She did several drop-in visits with my dog and was so attentive and made me feel so at ease leaving my girl in her care! Morgan sent lots of pictures and tracked all of her time spent with Kiah. I would definitely recommend Morgan’s services, I can’t wait to book her again!”
About: I’m a caring and dependable pet lover with experience caring for both dogs and cats. I understand that every pet has their own personality, routine, and comfort level, and I’m committed to giving each one the individual attention they deserve. Whether your dog needs walks, playtime, feeding, or lots of cuddles, or your cat prefers a calm environment, companionship, and a little extra patience, I’m happy to accommodate their needs. I can be there in the afternoon and evenings when I am not on duty but I can be there all day on weekends if I don’t have duty as well. I take them on walks and feed them daily. They have plenty of toys and are very active but also I may spoil them a little too much.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Baldwin. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
