“Jessica was absolutely great! After our meet + greet, any concerns I had were addressed and I felt at ease leaving Cheshire with Jessica. I could tell that she had a wonderful time after I picked her up, and she made a new friend, Dixie, to boot! I greatly appreciated the daily photographs she sent of Cheshire playing and being adorable. Jessica was also very understanding after getting caught in traffic and being late on pick-up. Will definitely book with Jessica in the future!”

About: I love animals, and have a dog of my own! He is incredibly friendly and loves to play with others. I work remotely so I am home all day with my pup and your pet! I work completely remotely so I am home all day with the fur babies! I take my dog to the dog park several times a day and because my work is remote I am able to be at his beck and call. I grew up with cats and I do have a dog of my own as well - he is very sweet and very social, he gets along with cats and dogs. I allow pets on my furniture and my complex has a massive dog park for them to run around in! My dog isn’t on a strictly timed eating schedule so it’s easy for me to work around your pet’s schedule since he is so flexible.
“I was so nervous since it’s my first time but she made me felt comfortable from the time of dropping my little baby girl off to thru out my trip to picking her up ! She kept me alert ans made my mind feel at ease. Coco was happy 🫶🏼”

“Bethany was great! She was very flexible with me so I could take my pup to the beach. She responded very quickly and answered any questions I had. She also sent me lots of pictures which made me I feel more safe with my puppy there. 10/10!”

“We are so happy to have found Sarah to take care of Rambo and Ladybug. It was a great relief to find someone who had such a safe and happy environment for our doggies. She and her husband were so friendly and made us feel at home when we went for a meet and greet before our trip. Sarah kept up updated with reports and photos while we were away and Rambo and Ladybug looked so content and happy. Sarah's two fur babies are the smartest and most gentle-natured dogs ever. I will look no further than Sarah to keep Rambo and Ladybug when we take another trip.”
“Lacey and her family took such great care of our dog, Buddy. He enjoyed his 7 night stay. We had a delayed flight and Lacey easily accomidated a much later pick up due to our flight issues. Buddy will for sure vacation here again. Thank you Lacey!”

“Britney watched my 2 schnauzer puppies for 5 days. She offered a meet and greet beforehand which was a kind gesture. My puppies were not yet completely potty trained so I knew they would be a handful. I was a little nervous but she reassured me that they would be fine. She communicated with me daily. Ioriginally booked a late pickup but Our flight was late so I wasn't able to pick that evening. Britney kindly agreed to pick up the next morning. I won't hesitate to use her again.”

Many sitters in TX ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
