“Thank you Brad, you saved the day with our last minute booking! I know the Doobs had fun when he sleeps the whole day after his stay! It was a pleasure meeting you, will use you again in the future and do highly recommend you to other river users! Next time I promise to give you more of a heads up! Thanks again!”

About: Having grown up with two amazing furry friends, Bucky the Australian labradoodle and Molly the yellow labrador, moving to a new city without my dogs was difficult! As a full time student needing to earn some extra income, I decided Rover would be the perfect job for me as it not only gives me an opportunity to make some money but it also allows me a chance to give and receive love from dogs! I am a student athlete so I love to keep myself moving and will often bring my own dogs on walks or runs with me! I am also very organized, responsible, and attentive to detail. Having been lucky enough to grow up with two amazing dogs myself, I feel that I understand a dogs needs very well and can quickly identify if a dog ever needs anything - even if it is just a quick belly rub, something that always puts a big grin on my yellow labradors face!

“Bridget was wonderful with my girl, sending lots of updates and pictures of her happy and healthy. Bridget was also super flexible with the timing of drop off/pick up which I really appreciated! Would definitely feel confident having her watch my girl again!”

“Tracy has been amazing, I don't know what I would do without her! She has taking the absolute best care of Bell, she has been always responsive and always kept me updated. Tracy has made my out of town trips not as bad my making sure I know Bell is doing well and sending lots of pictures. I would highly recommend Tracy!”

“Erin was great!! Without a doubt we will board our dog with her again. My husband and I have a 4 year old Goldendoodle name Charlie, who we are obsessed with. We always get a little nervous when we try someone new to board Charlie, but from the start Erin put us at ease. Everyday Charlie was with her she texted us photos of him and let us know how he was doing. It was wonderful to know that Charlie was doing well and having fun!! I highly recommend boarding your dog with Erin!”

“Amanda was great! She responded quickly and was able to accommodate on short notice. She sent pictures and took Maggie on one of her favorite walks! I had a tired pup when I picked her up, which is always a guarantee that she had a good time. I will definitely be using Amanda again!”

About: Friends & family have trusted me to take care of their pets for over a decade. I especially have patience for animals who are aging or have special needs. I have an open schedule, so I can be available for your pet’s needs! I take care of my own dog & cat daily, so I don’t mind a few extra. (: As a fellow pet owner, I know how important it is to follow any specific instructions. Your pet’s well being & happiness is my utmost concern.

“Karen is the absolute BEST! She cared for my fur baby just as I would! She is a great communicator and sends pic updates! I drove 2 towns over to use her. Highly recommend!”

“Sara was amazing. Sarah demonstrated exceptional communication and flexibility. She kept us informed on Yanni's day-to-day activities and took excellent care of Yanni as if he was her own. Sara 's proximity to main Street Breckenridge was so convenient and she took the time to walk and exercise Yanni each day. Sara is an amazing person and we will definitely rebook with her in the future.”

“Our grand puppy had the best time with Emily. Emily took our dog for a hike and two walks and he loved playing with Emily’s doggy. I felt confident that our grand puppy was in the best care. We highly recommend Emily!”

About: I volunteer at the Frisco animal shelter so I have experience with puppies, seniors, reactive dogs and everything in between. I’ve also owned two dogs through their whole lives and have done some dog sitting on the Trusted Housesitters website. I work as a firefighter/ paramedic, so every day I wind up in people's homes on 911 calls, and often they have dogs, and it takes every bit of my self control to stay focused on the emergency at hand, and not get down on my knees and reassure the dogs and give them love. I'm a dog person through and through. Currently I own no dogs, so I get my fix through dog sitting and volunteering. My work schedule is 48 hour shifts, and then I have a block of 4 days off. Some of those days I go on climbing adventures, and some of those days I chill around the house. Those are the days I open my calendar up for dog sitting, so, your dog(s) won't ever be left alone. I'm happy to have the company as I putter around the house and do chores. I love to hike year round and I will take your dog with me, if they're up for it. If a mosey two houses down is all your old dog can do, I'm happy to do that too. I live in a ground floor condo at the very end of a sleepy street and there are open spaces and trails all around me. I also like to hop in the car and drive just a few minutes to lots of other trailheads nearby to get the dogs out - of course only if you're ok with that. Dogs can sleep on my bed and on my couches. I don't take on more than one dog at a time (unless they are from the same household), so your dog will have my full attention and love. Whatever their normal schedule is for food, medications, treats, bathroom, exercise etc. I will have no problem keeping them to their normal routine. I live alone in a quiet and uncluttered space where I'm sure your dog will feel right at home.

About: In 2015 I rescued/ adopted Zack a 9 year old lab mix from SPCA in Greensboro, NC. Zack was taken care off by SPCA for 18month after his owner needed to move into a retirement home (no pets allowed). Zack and I had the pleasure to spend 5 beautiful and adventurous years together before he crossed the Rainbow bridge. Since my time with Zack, I enjoy being with dogs; however, I travel a lot so it is not a good time for me to have my own dog. Meanwhile, I‘m happy to take care of your dog / or cat. I‘m currently working full time and I can provide a morning-, evening walk, feeding, brushing and bathing if requested. All over, I prefer to stay at the pets house. Recently, I took care of 2 Saint Bernards and a young male cat (there is no doggie door and it worked great with my schedule, beeing out for hours at work. I love to be outside, so I will spend as much time as possible, at a walk/ hike, playing with doggie toys or tossing a ball or freesby. Depending on the day I‘ can host the pet at my place. I live on the ground floor and when I step out of my patio I have a wonderful natural grass area followed by Bureau of Land Managment (BLM) with great hiking trails. A new and quite dog park is 3 walking minutes from my place.

“Liz was great to my puppy Samoa!! She was so sweet, sent me tons of pictures each day she was with her, took my dog to the park multiple times throughout her stay, took her to the lake & even got her to swim a little-- needless to say, my dog had a great time and was never stuck inside. Rebooking with Liz the next time I go out of town and need a sitter she's the best & I would totally recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.”

“Bailey was a great sitter for rocket. They were extremely nice and very caring for our pup. She kept us well informed and sent pictures of rocket every day. Even over a holiday weekend they were so great while we were gone. We definitely recommend Bailey to anyone who needs a pet sitter.”
