She explained how Rover Pet sitting worked and told me about how she would take pictures of the visit and her communication notes. The night she came for a home visit the pictures of the visit were all very positive and the girls appeared very happy.it was very nice to see them acting the same way they would if we were home. She filled out the daily report card and sent photos (and sometimes videos!) so we could see how they were doing. It was such a relief to know they were in good hands, and gave us peace of mind so we could enjoy our trip while away from our fur babies. When we returned home it was evident that our kitties had been well taken care of and they seemed content and happy. The condition of their home environment was good too. I would definitely hire Kristy again! She is very thorough and respectful. She even got our one shy cat to come out of his shell.”
