“Joanne is a very friendly and easy going person. She took the time to do a home visit and meet my husband, my 2 greyhounds and myself before her first dog sitting job. The dogs appeared to feel very comfortable with her and she wanted to know about the dogs likes and dislikes. She explained how Rover Pet sitting worked and told me about how she would take pictures of the visit and her communication notes. The night she came for a home visit the pictures of the visit were all very positive and the girls appeared very happy.it was very nice to see them acting the same way they would if we were home. I feel very confident with her caring for our girls and will be using her again in the near future.”

She was punctual, detailed oriented, and kept a daily thorough journal about her visit. She updated me daily how Arya was doing, took pictures every day; which greatly reassured me that she was in excellent hands. Lauren truly loved animals and took care of Arya as if it was her own. “Haley was fantastic taking care of our cats, Raven and Sam. She bonded so well with Raven, giving her a pill and nose to nose rubs! Raven was so happy to see a friendly face and receive pets and scratches. Food and water was replenished and litter boxes cleaned well. Haley even watered the plants! The cats were so well taken care of, we’ve already rebooked Haley for two more drop-in visits vacations.”
