About: Hi! I’m new to Rover, but I have 13 years of experience in pet care. I’ve actively participated in volunteer work, rescue, and animal rehabilitation in Colombia, Panama, and the Amazon rainforest places where governments unfortunately do not make this a priority and there are many animals on the streets. I completely understand how challenging and important it is to leave your furry friend in good hands while you are traveling or away from home. I deeply understand how delicate or strong-willed some pets can be. The love of my life was my sweet senior Chihuahua who recently passed away, so I know how to care for small dogs or those with a strong character or personality with absolute patience, respect, gentleness, and empathy. Here, they will find a safe, family-friendly environment that fully respects their rhythm and personality. We are a family of three who deeply loves animals. I have a four-year-old daughter who, although not home all the time, has grown up around pets and knows perfectly how to respect each animal’s space, gentle nature, and personality. As a homemaker, I am home almost all day, so I have full availability and dedicated time to give your pet. Additionally, I will always stay in touch with you, sending photos and daily updates on how your pup is doing for your complete peace of mind. To us, they aren't just guests—they become our wonderful companions in our daily routine. Your dog will enjoy constant attention, walks, playtime, and plenty of affection without ever feeling lonely. I adapt 100% to each pup’s unique needs, including natural or custom diet plans. Additionally, I have extensive experience caring for senior dogs and responsibly administering medications.

My wife also works in the grooming industry at an animal hospital, giving us additional experience handling and caring for dogs in a professional setting. We’re comfortable following individual care instructions and making sure each dog feels safe, comfortable, and well cared for during their stay. I work gig work at night and my wife works days. There will always be someone here with you fur babies! No need to worry about your pet being locked up all day! Fenced yard, along with supervision whenever they go outside. Will also leash walk. About: Dogs hold a special place in my heart — especially rescue pups. My own dog was rescued from Kosovo, so I know firsthand the patience, love, and extra TLC that rescued dogs sometimes need. For 10 years, I’ve been the go-to person for walks, feeding, bathing, and all-around tail-wagging good times. Shy, anxious, or high-energy — I’ve loved them all. I don’t just watch dogs, I get them. Expect real-time photo updates, happy zoomies, and one very tired, very content pup waiting for you when you’re back! I work from home full-time, which means your pup is never left alone! I’m available for walks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the entire day — mornings, afternoons, evenings, you name it. Flexible scheduling is my middle name. Your dog will feel right at home with me! I have a spacious yard where pups can run and explore freely. I also have an 11-year-old dog of my own — a calm, gentle companion who’s great with visitors. The yard is not fenced, so I always supervise outdoor time closely to make sure every pup stays safe and sound. Your dog’s safety is never left to chance!

About: I work from home and would love to host and care for your fur babies while you are at work or away on vacation. I have loved animals of all types my entire life. My husband and I formerly rescued and fostered multiple rat terriers and placed them in loving homes through an organization called New Rattitude. I currently have a volunteer position with the same organization as a microchip coordinator. While I was in high school and college I worked for two animal clinics in the Metro Atlanta area and volunteered with local animal shelters. My family pets over the past 22 years were 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Rat Terrier/Chihuahua mixes that all lived to be seniors. I have experience in caring for dogs of all ages. Since I am at home so much, your dogs will be not be lonely, they will be doted on and treated like royalty. I have a large fenced in yard for sniffing, exercise and exploration. I only take one client at a time. I do not have any pets of my own. Yours will have my undivided attention and care. I will update you with photos and status reports on a daily basis. Please understand that while we have experience with senior dogs and dogs with special needs, we are currently unable to book dogs that are experiencing incontinence (even with diapers) and night time pacing/spatial disorientation/sleeplessness that comes with senility. Since I work from home, I will keep your dog on any required schedule such as medications, supplements, specific feeding times, and potty breaks. Playtimes and naptimes will be intermittent throughout the day. I have comfy doggie beds throughout the house and under my office desk. My home is clean and safe. I have a secure, fenced in yard with many areas to explore and space to run around. All gates are padlocked. I also stay outside with the dogs that are in my care. I leave a full bowl of water out 24 -7. I allow dogs to sleep in my bed if that is what they are accustomed to, I can also crate them if that is preferred. Your dog(s) will be safe and happy as guests in my home. I have a Red Cross Certification in Pet First Aid in the rare occasion there would be a need. I am also sensitive to dogs with thunder and firework fears, we have a comfy furnished basement space that mutes the bad sounds and we hang out there until everything calms down.
