About: My mom has been dog sitter for years, so I have seen every color hair on the couches and floors. I do have 1 senior shih tzu, and a 3 year old shorkie that has an excessive amount of energy. I recently had a part time job that fit perfectly with my school schedule. This year my school schedule is a little unique and after awhile I felt over worked. I chose to work with animals because I like their presence, and it doesn’t feel like a job. I have 4 animals that live in my house. 2 cats, and 2 dogs. It is very organized in my home because we have a routine. When I come into a clients home I do what’s best for their pets, and if possible stick to their routine.

About: Ruthie and I would love to care for your pets! I grew up in a “dogs are a part of the family” household. I was born into a family with Honey (Cocker Spaniel). When she passed at 17 yo, we adopted a retired seeing-eye-dog with cancer, Mona (Lab). When she passed, we adopted Braylee (Pit Mix) from the shelter. I adopted my first dog on my own 7 years ago - River is a huge Aussie / Berner mix who loves to be close to me ALL the time. He sucks on his stuffies, LOVES fetch, and couldn’t care less about playing with other dogs. Our Covid puppy is Brisket - the Golden we adopted 2 weeks before our wedding! He’s incredibly needy and loving and desperate for attention - classic Golden. I have experience with elderly dogs, chronically ill dogs, as well as misunderstood breeds. I believe understanding each animal’s unique needs is the key to providing a seamless and stress-free interaction for your pet. Pet care is not a one-size-fits-all industry, and it is important to me that I understand what will create the best experience for YOUR baby. I do have an 8 month old baby (as of October 2024) that comes with me everywhere, so as long as she can join in on my pet care journey for your babies, count me in! I will be focusing on pet care as my highest priority! I would love to find families with recurring needs (drop ins during the work week, care during business trips or pet sitting for vacations). But even if your need is just for a one-off circumstance, I would love to help with it all! Your pet will always feel loved and cared for in my care. Whether I’m stopping by for a quick walk, or if I’m staying for a week while you’re away - they will feel cared for and loved. About: First and foremost, I love dogs! I will play with them, walk them, or just be a couch potato and cuddle with them! I have experience with larger dogs such as Labradors, elderly dogs, and smaller dogs such as Dachshunds and Chihuahuas. I also love cats, and will care for them as well, along with fish or other pets during my stay. I have a lot of respect for others' belongings and personal space, and I am not loud. About: Hello, my fellow fur baby lovers! I am an experienced dog and cat owner and caretaker. I have grown up dogs and cats since I was a child which I was always responsible for the training and exercising of them. I have even trained my 15-year-old kitty to not jump on counters and be near food when she was just a baby. So, whether you have a puppy, kitten, teenager fur baby, or a senior pet; I will treat them with love and care while their humans are on their adventures. They will be taken care of by me until you get home for more cuddles! I am currently working only part time, so I have plenty of time in my schedule to check in or stay with your fur babies! I have a fenced area in my back yard that pups can use for potty and play. When I am house sitting, I will coordinate with every single owner with how their fur baby needs to be taken care of just like when their humans are taking care of them!

About: I’ve been passionate about animals my entire life. I grew up training my dogs in my backyard as a kid and always had lots of pets. I foster dogs and cats at my home and do TNR in my community to help control the kitty population. I believe in positive reinforcement and giving grace to all animals. I have six animal loving kids that enjoy playing with and spending time with the animals in the house. I work full time from home so often take breaks to go spend time with the dogs in the backyard (also helps me get those steps in!) or go cuddle kittens. Dogs are all fed in crates to ensure safety while eating and also maintain correct diet for each animal. I give positive reinforcement for behaviors. I have all wood floors so accidents are not a huge deal and are to be expected as a dog has a change of environment. Cats will be kept in their own room with my son away from all other animals so they can have peace while here. Dogs are allowed outside in a fenced in yard. Depending on how they get along with other dogs - they will have a doggy daycare type experience here.

I work from home running my own business and treat your pet like my own during their stay. Our dogs are with me in the home throughout the day. We take breaks at least every 2 hours to potty and play fetch (spending more time out in the yard on nice days, always supervised play) and go for evening walks. We include unlimited belly rubs and ear scratches at no additional charge! :) I am happy to make accommodations based on your pet's normal routine, such as a midday walk, to help your pup feel acclimated. I enjoy sending photos and updates of your pet's adventures because I know how much I love receiving these from our pet sitters when we are away! We also understand that sometimes pets are happier in their own space. I am available to make drop in visits and provide walks. Based on availability I can home sit as well and will follow your pet's normal routine to ensure they are as comfortable as possible while you are away. While I would not recommend boarding your feline companions in our home (for their own comfort), I am happy to complete drop-in visits or house sitting for your cats. I've had five amazing feline pets and have a special place in my heart for the kitties as well! Why I love pet sitting: I have been an animal lover my whole life, especially cats and dogs.
