About: I am a Veterinary Technology student at NDSU with a passion for helping all kinds of animals. I have professional pet care experience working at a pig barn, vet clinic, impound, and pet store. This has given me a vast experience with animals of all species and care levels. I am well versed in providing medications and have even raised a litter of kittens. I also love animals of the feathered and scaled variety and would be happy to provide them with care. I am a college student with plenty of spare time to take care of your furry companions. I can easily visit 3 times a day and could make accommodations for more visits if necessary. I am willing to care for your babies at your home or even at mine. I have 2 dogs and 2 cats so there will be lots of play time if you wish. I also have separate spaces if needed such as an extra room and fenced in back yard. I am able and willing to do nail trims and bathing if necessary as well as make sure they take any necessary medications. With me they will have lots of time outside and lots of time to play.

About: I've looked after dogs and cats for around 15 years, very comfortable with both. Getting to know a pet and learning their personality and preferences is important to me, I want us both to have a good time! I'm currently work part-time and I'm a student, taking most of my classes online so I can be flexible! Mondays and Wednesdays I'm pretty busy in the morning, but I'm usually free by 2-3pm. I have two cats that are very well-socialized with other cats and small to medium sized dogs. Sometimes I put up a gate and allow the cats to sun themselves on the deck, which they love! In other people's homes, I make sure to tread lightly and let the pets take the lead on getting comfortable with me being in their space.

About: I've grown up with vastly different dogs; my first was a grumpy senior cocker spaniel and my last was the sweetest, smartest Australian Shepard/blue heeler. I've also taken care of friends' and family's pets like my aunt's deaf pitbull and my cousin's St. Bernard. Needless to say, I have a wide range of pet experience. I'm currently an online graduate student, which means I have flexibility to work around yours and your pet's schedule. I'm available most days with available times from early morning to late evening. It's important for a pet to feel safe in their home. It's important to follow a pet's boundaries, I try to cater to their needs and their routine.

“Mackenzie was absolutely wonderful. We went on a wel long trip and two days prior we had a meet and greet and the kitties immediately fell in love with her. We got daily photos of the cats and status updates. Although our cats are petty low maintenance, they enjoy the love from the people they allow to live with them. it was so great to know they were in such good hands while we were away. About: Hello! I have always had a love for animals especially dogs and cats. I had my own dog, Charlie, who had complex health issues and unfortunately is no longer with me. He made me comfortable with giving medications, insulin/allergy shots, and following instructions with dietary restrictions that I can also provide your pets with when needed. I currently work full time M-F, but my schedule is flexible during the week and most weekends. I have also been employed for over a year with a company in the F/M area providing pet care services in people's homes. I LOVE what I do and always looking for more opportunities to meet new furry friends. My schedule is flexible and I respond quickly to text/phone calls or email when reaching out looking for pet care. I'm able to do morning shifts before I head to my full time job M-F, lunch breaks, and after work. I can often move my schedule around if you need other times throughout the day too. Just ask! Weekends are more open when I am not out of town. I prefer going to the pets home to provide care where they are in a familiar environment. I can provide walks, bring your pet outside to play, clean litter boxes, feed and fill their water, administer medication etc. Boarding in my home can also be provided, as I have a pet and smoke free home and can work with your pets needs to make them feel safe and at home.

About: Currently a registered nurse. Worked in a vet clinic and went to vet tech school. Has worked with many different dog breeds and temperaments. Has worked with reactive dogs. I work full time in Jamestown so I would be able to assist with Jamestown pets during the week. Then I’m home on weekends so I could board during weekends. I have a fenced yard. I have three cats but if your dog is not cat friendly I would keep the dog in a separate room where they would still receive lots of attention.

About: I’ve been surrounded by animals my entire life, and caring for them has always been a huge part of who I am. Over the years, I’ve owned and cared for dogs, cats, parrots and other birds, reptiles, farm animals, and a variety of other species. I’ve worked in the veterinary field since 2013 and have been a licensed veterinary technician for the past 5 years. My medical background allows me to recognize signs of illness or distress, provide attentive care, and feel comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I also spent 3 years working as a zookeeper, which gave me even more experience with exotic animals and strengthened my love for working with all kinds of species—not just dogs and cats! Whether your pet needs someone to keep them company, follow a specific routine, provide extra attention, or simply make sure they’re safe and comfortable while you’re away, I’ll treat them with the same care and compassion I would give my own. Animals have been the center of my career and my life for many years. If there’s a way I can help an animal—or give their owner some peace of mind—I’m happy to be there. 🐾 I currently work from home doing pet insurance so I make up my own schedule Monday through Friday. I do also take care of my disabled mother so there are some circumstances where I will have to deny a booking if I feel it won't work out for our situation. I also work with a veterinary dermatologist once or twice a month and I cannot do any boardings those days, but I can still do drop-in visits. **Dogs boarding must be good with cats** I treat every pet as an individual and follow their normal routine as closely as possible. Whether they need walks, playtime, cuddles, medications, or just some extra patience, I adjust to what makes them most comfortable. With my veterinary and zookeeper experience, I’m also comfortable with medical needs and a wide variety of animals. 🐾 ** I do require your pet have prior experience with cats, especially if they are med-xl dogs **

About: I have worked in the animal industry for a good bit while at an animal shelter and a doggy daycare as well. I have had animals my entire life and currently have 2 dogs of my own! I have experience training and medicating animals. I also have experience with reactive/anxious dogs. I do have a job I will be leaving soon as I am moving in 2 months so I can rearrange my schedule quite a bit to let any pups out or pop in and check on anyone’s babies. I am willing to clear time to make your baby a priority! I have a pretty lenient schedule so if your pet wants to spend some time cuddling or playing in the yard it’s no problem I will clear time for them! If your pup loves to go hiking or on long walks I have no problem enjoying nature with them!

About: When people ask if I have any kids, my response is that I have dogs. My dogs are my family and yes I do celebrate their birthdays. I have had a dog in my house since I was 3yrs old. I have taken care of neighbors pets. I recently rescued a puppy from a farm and organized and found a fur-ever loving home for her. I am still in communication with her owner and get updated pictures. My dream growing up was to have as many dogs like in the movie "101 dalmations". I have taken care of puppies, kittens, bunnies, ferrets, goats, chickens, and ducklings. I am able to stay the whole weekend at owners home. I am able to walk dogs during the week and weekend. The latest drop-in visit I can do is 10pm. I give my full attention to the pets I am caring for. I keep them busy with play or just someone to sit by. I understand it is stressful not only to your pet but also to you as well having to leave them with someone or at a kennel, I feel the same way! I keep meals on schedule and I'm able to administer medications (orally- some need special ways to sneak in 😃). I send picture updates throughout my stay.
