This was the first time I’ve ever had to leave them for an extended period of time, so it was also the first time I’ve had to hire someone to help take care of them, so I was pretty nervous. She came over ahead of time to get acquainted with them & myself, stayed in constant communication while I was gone, sent me lots of pictures & updates, & most impressive- got one of my babies to be snuggly & loving with her which is incredible considering their normal disposition around new people (hiding be pretty hissy/unfriendly). That alone let me know just how amazing she is with animals! When I came home their litter boxes were clean, their food & water were full, & they were both perfect condition. I’m so grateful for Alexis & how well she took care of my kitties while I was gone. I knew they were safe & well cared for which made being away from them 1,000 times easier! About: Ever since I can remember, I have always had an animal in my life. I got a puppy at a young age and cared for him up until the day he passed. Since becoming an adult, I have adopted a kitten and continue to care for him. He is now 4 and the light of my life! I have an extremely flexible schedule! I currently work part time with a lot of availability. I’m available at almost any hour of the day. I currently have a cat but he has his own space incase tensions rise. I have a mid sized unfenced yard, but I know of multiple dog parks. I’m available to cuddle up with animals or wear out some energy!

About: I have had pets my entire life. I have experience with fostering, working in an animal shelter, and caring for my own pets which happen to be seniors. I have a lengthy history of pet sitting (8+ years). I have cared for difficult personalities, high-energy breeds, seniors, kittens, and puppies. I have a great deal of empathy for animals that some struggle to have. This allows me to put owners at ease while their pet is in the care of someone else. I work a full-time, 8-5pm job that comes with some flexibility. I offer mainly check-ins as I do have pets of my own. These check-ins follow a normal pet’s schedule (i.e., morning check-in + late afternoon check-in, evening / bedtime check-in) and can be adjusted if needed. I do my best to follow a pet’s routine. I do not offer care in my own home but I do provide it in the pet’s home. I find that pets are more comfortable in their own space and often adjust better when going about their routine with someone else if they remain in a familiar environment. I follow instructions for entering and exiting (garage vs. front door, key vs. code, checking-in on camera system, etc.), ensure all pets are safely secured in the home before leaving, and follow any explicit instructions left for me. I do my very best to ensure the pet’s routine is followed thoroughly.
About: I’ve grown up with dogs in my family and always love meeting new animals. I’ve watched family and friends dogs when they’ve been away on vacation. My aunt has taught me some training tactics as well. I currently stay at home with my son and have plenty of free time to spend with your pets! About: I’ve recently moved to Auburn from Hamilton Lake. I had several dog walking clients and I would love to continue here in Aunburn! I am a true animal lover! I’m a stay at home dog and cat mom. About: I have had animals my entire life so I am very accustomed to taking care of pets. My dog recently started having seizures and has to take medication 2x/day. I know how important our animals are and what they mean to us. They are family. Having 3 pets of my own, animal care is in play 24 hours a day. Whether it's potty breaks, medications, or feeding time, I always make sure my animals are healthy and happy. I have a very friendly dog who loves people and all other animals! Ensuring that they have food and water and a safe, warm place are of utmost importance.
About: I grew up with cats and adopted my first dog 12 years ago. I love walking, playing, and just caring for animals, it what makes me the happiest.
