About: Ever since I was around 5 or 6, I always remember being in a home with pets. Whether it was dogs, cats, reptiles, a potbellied pig, and even smaller animals. Older or very young, all of the animals I have had and cared for were very spoiled and given a life well deserved. I love every single animal and couldn't imagine a life without them. I believe that all animals deserve proper care, and a loving home. Any animal is loved as if they were my own. I am currently working at Kroger part time, three days a week. I am going to school full time as well. The days I work at Kroger are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday- 5 a.m.- 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays are the days I attend school and go all day. I plan on fitting in pet care after working at my job, and possibly weekends. I care for pets in my home or a client's home by greeting them and making sure they have everything they need. This includes making sure they are comfortable enough, with plenty of food and water. I also make sure they get taken outside or have access to use the bathroom often or whenever needed. Activities, such as playing, walks, or tricks is something I make sure to fit in as well.

Whether your dog is a playful puppy, an active adult, or a gentle senior, I will provide the best and reliable care while you are away. I am currently homebound so your fur baby will have my full undivided attention! I recently lost my senior baby so having a temporary walking companion would be great therapy! In my home, your dog will be family. I follow each dog's routine, including feedings times/medications, and any special care instructions provided by the owner. I keep leashes and harnesses ready by the door so dogs are always secured before any potty breaks or walk. If a dog wants to just sunbathe outside, I also have a stake and tie out, so no fence, no problem! To help prevent accidents, stairs and basement access are blocked off at all times, and rooms remain closed. All interactions between dogs will be supervised and there will never be any forced introductions. If a dog needs time to decompress or prefers their own space, I have multiple safe options available, including an end-table crate in the main living area so they can remain close by while I relax, a standard metal crate, and a dedicated quiet room for dogs that may become overwhelmed or simply need a break.

I have sat for many senior pets, puppies, kittens and multiple animals at once. I prefer to sit for small-medium breeds, but will sit for large breeds if there’s only one and they are not difficult to walk. I bring over 30 years of experience in house/pet sitting. I have bonded with so many sweet pets (of all ages, sizes and breeds (please see my 5 star reviews under my photos). I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, therefore I have no trouble driving up to 16 hours to do a house sit, depending on where I am at the moment. I have extensive experience with gardening, plant care, and yard maintenance. I worked as a florist for 10 years and have always had a garden and eclectic selection of plants of my own. Finally, I love photography and will most likely send you lots of cute photos of your pets. I work remotely five days a week and am able to be around your pets throughout the day to ensure they have the love and attention that they need. I will care for your pet in your home and can stay up to 1-3 months if I’m traveling.
