We were so stressed about leaving our cats with a stranger, but she made the process so unbelievably easy, on top of the fact we have a diabetic cat and she went above and beyond ensuring nothing went wrong. So responsive to messages, sends noted and pictures daily and clearly made sure the litter didnt get out of hand -- absolutely no gross smells or messed by the time we came home. We will be looking for her on our next trip, especially considering how fast our cats took to her and how relaxed they were during the trip and when we came home. About: I’ve grown up with all kinds of animals. I’ve been trusted to walk, feed, and take care of family and friends fur babies while they’re away I am a full time employee in Johnstown but have time for pet care before and after work. Times will vary based on my schedule but I will always be available morning and night I have 6 cats and 1 dog that are the highlights of my days. I walk my dog twice a day and make sure our babies have fresh water, lots of toys, and all the space to run they could ever need. With a cat tower in every room they never tire

About: I grew up on a small farm so caring for animals has always been part of my life. I have experience with dogs, cats, puppies, kittens, small pets. All of my pets have been rescues and truly are my children. I focus on personalized care, enrichment, socialization, adventures and not just feeding and potty breaks. I’ll follow your pet’s routine while giving them the same patience, attention and love I give my own. Pet care is already a big part of my everyday life. I have pets of my own, so my days naturally include feeding, walks, playtime, enrichment, cuddles and plenty of outdoor adventures. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to build my day around the animals in my care, whether that means morning walks, midday check-ins, longer adventures or overnight stays. My home is pet-friendly with a doggy door and secure 6-foot vinyl-fenced yard for plenty of outdoor time. My neighborhood has lots of walking paths and parks. There is a small dog park within walking distance.

About: I love animals! It’s fun for me to get to meet your pet. I happily take care of dogs 25lbs and up. I have 3 dogs of my own. The youngest is playful and fun. The other two get along well with other dogs but are older. I can drop in on cats at your house. I work part time both at home and in an office. This is a part time addition to my life because I love to get to meet new pet friends and their parents. As a young child my first pet was a guinea pig named whiskers. You’ll see a pic of him and me in the photos. My family also had a dog named Pepsi who I loved playing with. In college, I got my first dog on my own. She was an Australian cattle dog / german shepard mix. She was strong willed and high energy like any blue heeler and she taught me a ton about caring for a pet. Before starting with Rover, I had helped friends watch their cats and dogs while they were on trips. We have a 5 year old shih poo, a 14 year old standard schnauzer and a 1.5 year old border collie mix. I’m familiar with high energy, intensity animals and those who need a slower pace. I’m interested in helping care for dogs in our home or cats in your home if it’s near where we live. I have a job that has a flexible schedule. I work some days all at home and others in an office. If your dog is active we will include them on walks and we have a split rail fence in our back yard. Pets can have roaming privileges around the house or be in a crate if that brings them comfort. Our dogs sleep in the bedroom with us mostly in their beds but occasionally on the human beds with us. We take regular walks and pets can go outside frequently. I will treat your pet to a fun stay at our house and send them home with you happy :)

“Coral was an amazing pet sitter for our anxious kitty. It can be difficult to find a sitter that our cat is comfortable with. During the meet and greet, our cat was already rubbing up against her legs and wanting to smell her! During drop-in visits, she made sure to take lots of pictures and send detailed notes, which I really appreciated. Coral also cleaned up the house a bit (took trash out, started dishwasher, etc.) before she left, which was such a thoughtful touch. We (and our kitty) would hire her again in a heartbeat. About: Throughout my childhood, I grew up with dogs. While I do not currently have a dog, I take care of my parents’ dog and three cats when they are out of town. I am also a cat mom to a lil kitten named Merlin. I would love the opportunity to meet and care for your pets! Whether it’s taking them on walks, feeding them, or just hanging out with them while you are gone. I love animals so much, I decided to get a degree in the conservation of them! I am currently in between jobs meaning that I can care for your pets anytime! Whether you need me weekdays, weekends or even if you are going on a trip, I am very flexible! While I am not comfortable hosting pets in my home at this time with a kitten, I am more than happy to walk dogs, do day visits or pet sitting while you are gone on a trip.

“WOW. Where do I even start?? I was literally scared to leave my cat alone with a stranger because when I travel I usually leave him with my ex and her family would take care of him because they are familiar with his routine. Bob is 11 years old and has diabetes, and although he is extremely micromanaged with his insulin and on a raw diet, he is in amazing health. The thought of leaving him with someone who didn’t understand his needs and could risk messing up his health is frightening to me. Morgan came by and explained that she has given meds before, but not insulin shots, but her extreme love of animals made her focus on all the minutiae of what I was telling her in reference to how to care for Bob. I have her a chart on how much insulin to give based on the blood glucose readings she would take on EACH VISIT. She paid attention, learned how to read the tester, how to withdraw the insulin via syringe, and how to administer it accordingly. I have two webcams set up in my home and I was able to watch how Bob interacted with her during the visits, and he warmed up to her VERY quickly, which does not usually happen because Bob and I live with each other and no one else, so visitors tend to make him skittish and hide under the bed for hours at a time. He would actually wait at the door for Morgan on the 3rd day of a 4 day visit session, which was wonderful for me to see. I cannot recommend Morgan enough. I have already spoken to her about becoming my permanent go-to as my sitter when I have to go out of town. It’s a very good feeling to have someone that’s the same person for all the visits as that makes Bob feel great as well! Thank you, Morgan!!”

When caring for pets in a clients home it is very important to me to provide them with their proper food and water, regular exercise and playtime with them, plus any medication that needs to be administered if needed. It is also important to me that the veterinarians phone number would be given when staying overnight in case of an emergency.
