“I recently had the pleasure of having Sushma take care of my two dogs, Bubba and Yogii, and I can't express how thrilled I am with her service! From the moment we met, I could tell that Sushma has a genuine love for animals. She took the time to get to know both of my dogs, understanding their unique personalities and needs. Throughout the duration of her pet-sitting, Sushma was incredibly attentive and responsible. She followed my instructions to the letter, ensuring that Bubba and Yogii were fed on schedule, took their daily walks, and received plenty of playtime. I loved receiving regular updates and photos, which put my mind at ease and allowed me to enjoy my time away knowing that my pups were in excellent hands. Sushma’s warm and friendly demeanor made it easy for my dogs to bond with her. They seemed so happy and content when I returned home, and I could tell they had been well cared for. It’s clear that Sushma is passionate about her work and goes above and beyond to provide a nurturing environment for the pets she looks after. I highly recommend Sushma as a pet sitter! About: Hi I’m Liz and I absolutely love animals! When I was younger I was always wanting to help out any animal I could find. I grew up with cats and a dog but once I got married my husband was allergic to cats so I never got to own my own cat. But I foster dogs on the side! I don’t work with any agencies, I just help certain life or death situations or senior pups who were denied proper care. I currently own 7 dogs ranging from all ages puppy to senior. I also own what most people call “difficult” breeds Akitas, Shibas, huskies, German Shepherds, Pomeranians, and Samoyed! I have a few puppies in training at my house and would love to share my knowledge of dogs with others! If you have training questions I’d love to help you and get you on the right track! I can’t wait to meet your pup! I’m currently working full time but I get off at 3-4pm each day and I am off Saturday and Sunday. I have a lot of wiggle room and would love to accommodate any way I can! I want to care for your pet in the same manner you do! I want your pet to feel like I am a second care human they are close and comfortable with. I will follow your instructions to a “T” so they aren’t left missing you too much! Right now I will only be offering your home for services but maybe some day mine as well :)
“Goldendoodle Queisha took wonderful care of our 6-year-old Goldendoodle. We really appreciated the updates and the stress-free boarding experience for the day. We look forward to using her services again in the future.”

“Erica is one of the most responsible, communicative dog sitters I have ever had care for my dog. She has a huge heart for pets and taking care of them. I will definitely book Erica the next time I need drop-in care. She took great care of my dog and property.”

“Thank you Nina for taking such great care of our two pups over the Thanksgiving holiday! One of our dogs is very senior, and the other requires medication twice a day. Nina was great with both! And our dogs loved having two kids around to hang out with.”
“This was my first experience using Rover. The service came highly recommended. I did a quick search and Stacy was at the top of the list, with great ratings, and reviews. Everyone paled in comparison. She's only 8 minutes away?!? I contacted Stacy, and she was willing to give my Booboo a chance with a meet and greet. My dog took to Stacey immediately, then came Chloe, "Senior VP of Operations". The meeting went well. And then in comes Mila the super friendly cat. And again it's all good! I've been on the road for years, and for the first time, I did not experience any pet anxiety! My trip was so much more productive without that thought lingering in my head. Stacy would send me three to four updates every day, and I don't know how she does it, but her updates would come at the perfect times, and they would put a huge smile on my face with a comforting feeling in my heart that I can not explain. Booboo and I call her Saint Stacy. I cannot thank you enough Stacy for taking care of my little guy, the great photos, and the awesome updates. It made me so happy to see him become a member of your family!”

“Yari is the absolute best! Maya took to her right away, and the daily picture mail reassured us that Maya was comfortable and feeling the love! We’ll definitely be booking with Yari again!”

“We were lucky to find Pamela and Barry. They arranged a meet and greet and you can tell they are true pet lovers! Their home is super pet friendly. They sent of videos and pictures of our fur babies while we were away. Our fur babies had the opportunity to socialize with other pups as well. If the need arises to have our doggies looked after again, I would not hesitate to leave them with Pamela and Barry!”

This was our second time having Helenia watch Nova, and once again, we had a wonderful experience! She kept us updated with pictures and we even FaceTimed her, which gave us such peace of mind. Helenia and her husband made Nova feel completely welcomed and at home. Their home is beautiful, warm, and cozy, and it’s clear that Nova was well cared for and loved. We would absolutely book with Helenia again and highly recommend her!

Kelsey is hands down THE BEST! I've always had dogs but never needed a sitter. I had week long trip coming up and for the first time in 40 years I found myself searching for someone to care for my Benny. Kelsey was quick to reply to my inquiry, offered me an abundance of reassurance and took all worries off my shoulders. We communicated effortlessly before, during, and even the day after my trip when she made sure Benny settled back in at home. I received adorable pictures, videos and updates throughout Benny's stay. Thank you Kelsey!!!!! I look forward to reaching out the next time Benny needs a friend to hang out with. ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ (10 stars)

Frequently asked questions about Rover
Rover is the largest marketplace for local pet care. Whether you're looking for pet sitters, dog walkers, or house sitters who specialize in pet sitting, you can narrow your search by entering your ZIP code to find sitters within walking distance in your neighborhood.
Every sitter on Rover has their own routine. Depending on the arrangements you agree on before the stay, a sitter can follow your dog’s regular feeding schedule, provide a comfortable place to sleep, offer companionship, and support their usual exercise and play needs.
Depending on the sitter, their home environment, and your dog’s needs, daily exercise may include walks, outdoor play, indoor enrichment activities, or supervised play with compatible dogs. These activities are not automatically included with every booking, so ask the sitter what a typical day looks like.
During the Meet & Greet, discuss your dog’s usual exercise and play routine, whether they can safely interact with other dogs, and any activities or restrictions the sitter should follow. You can also ask the sitter to send photo and message updates during the stay so you can see how your dog is spending their time.
Preparing for drop-off is easy when you have a checklist! To help your dog settle into their Atlas Circle home-away-from-home, packing:
- Health and safety essentials such as their ID tags, vaccination records, medication, and emergency vet or secondary caregiver contacts.
- Food and gear such as harnesses, collars, food (portioned by day), and an item that smells like you.
- Special instructions such as a list of training cues, medical administration needs, or favorite hang-out spots in your Atlas Circle.
<b>Tip:</b> You can upload your dog’s routine and medical info directly onto their profile so your sitter always has the details at their fingertips.
You and your Atlas Circle sitter can schedule drop-off and pick-up in a way that works best for the both of you—and your dog. Most sitters offer flexible times for drop-off and pick-up but the easiest way to confirm those times will be through in-app messaging. Confirm your arrival time the day of pick-up and drop-off can also help keep the process smooth and organized.
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the , which provides up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to 25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in GA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
