“I am so thankful Lauren was able to fit me and my kitty into her busy schedule. She was attentive to his 17yo needs, handled his medication and made it all seem effortless. I love using Rover and finding such great help in a time of need especially on short notice. I did forget to mention in his notes about filling his water and felt terrible to see his water bowl was empty when I got home, but all is well and hey poop happens. ?”

I have been an Elementary Teacher for 22 years, which is a perfect example of my heightened level of love and patience for all living people and animals! My schedule allows for an open summer, holiday, and weekend schedule, and week nights throughout the school year. As a mother of 2 boys, 2 dogs, and 3 cats, and a 4th Grade Teacher, safety is my first priority. I am very aware of my surroundings, focused on keeping everyone protected and clear of harmful or unsafe environments. I have taught my own dogs to focus and avoid distractions to always maintain safe surroundings.

About: I’m a dedicated animal lover who treats every dog like my own. Whether it’s a walk around the block or an overnight stay, I bring patience, reliability, and lots of love to every visit. I take time to understand each pup’s personality and needs—whether they’re playful, shy, or need a little extra TLC. You can count on me for dependable care, timely updates, and plenty of tail wags while you're away! After years of loving and caring for animals of all kinds I truly love being surrounded by the unconditional love animals have to give and wish to reciprocate the same kindness to them! I'm pretty flexible as far as my daily and weekly routine go. I work per diem with my other part time jobs so I don't have a "set" schedule. My experience working with rescue dogs has taught me how to build trust with animals of all backgrounds—especially those who are shy, anxious, or need a little extra patience. I’m comfortable reading dog body language, handling different temperaments, and making sure each pup feels safe and cared for. “Marlee has been our go-to for our 2 year old Sheepadoodle, Oliver for as long as we’ve had him. Marlee is an all around extraordinary pet caregiver and truly leaves an impact on your dog’s life. Aside from doing all pet caregiver things just as we would with Oliver, she truly has formed a special bond with him whereas now every time we say her name, he gets SO excited (literally jumping with joy). She is reliable, trustworthy and always goes the extra mile whether it’s sending pictures and videos when we are away to give us the added comfort he’s well taken care of or getting him his favorite puppy ice cream (with our approval of course!) She is beyond caring and loving and we are so lucky to have her for our Ollie!!!”

Jahlani S.
“When my kids and I brought home our rescue dog last December, we had NO IDEA she was going to be so rambunctious! Having just had a baby, our sweet Ginger Gregory was a little more for me to handle at the time than I had imagined. Jahlani found out I was thinking of rehoming her and just showed up for us. She brought toys, doggie shampoo and conditioner, a brush and she washed Ginger, played with her, and took her for long walks to help me out. She didn't have to bring anything, but I was so exhausted and overwhelmed with a baby that I couldn't think straight! Let me tell you, my dog AND my kids love her. Lol. She is truly a gem.”
