About: I am a licensed therapist (for humans), but am taking a pause in my career. I would love to spend time helping care for your pets, as I am a huge animal lover. I am working part time right now in health and wellness, so I would have plenty of time to help care for your furry friend! About: I'm a dog owner of 9 years, was gifted a puppy at 11 and since then I have treated it as if it my own kid. A day doesn't go by where I'm not with my fur ball. I have experience in brushing teeth, bathing and medicine intake. I'm comfortable walking around the neighborhood and beach/trail setting. Morning starts with taking dogs out for a morning walk or bathroom break. Throughout the day, I schedule playtime, walks, and check-ins based on the pet’s specific needs. I make sure to follow their usual routine to keep them comfortable. Trust and a comfortable environment when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I ensure that pets have a secure, clean, and pet-friendly space with no hazards like toxic plants or accessible small objects. When boarding pets, I follow their usual routine, provide plenty of exercise, and give them a cozy area to rest. In a client’s home, I respect their space, follow any specific instructions, and keep the pet’s environment as close to normal as possible. I always use positive reinforcement, monitor their behavior closely, and communicate regularly with owners to provide updates

About: Hello! My name is Nicola and I am a resident in Atlantic County, NJ. I am a senior in college and looking to expand my work resume. I have been pet-sitting for the past year and have absolutely loved it! I love working with animals its a way to relieve my stress from school when I'm not in class. I have one dog right now named Sparky he is a terrier mix and I have a cat named Nimbus who is a Persian & exotic shorthaired mix. I have had other dogs in the past so I am very good with working with all dogs big or small, young or old. I also have experience caring for chickens, ducks, cats, rabbits, and birds. She brought toys, doggie shampoo and conditioner, a brush and she washed Ginger, played with her, and took her for long walks to help me out.
