About: My name is Emily. I work full time in public service and I am a dog mom to a Golden Doodle named Rudy. I have 4+ years of working in animal care from working in shelters, as a veterinary assistant, and have cared for my neighbor's pets when needed. I am able to administer medications and care for any pets that have special needs due to having experienced working in both small and large animal clinics. I will treat your fur baby like my own! I currently have availability on week days in the evening and weekends all day. In the summer from end of June to mid - July I will have all day availability as well. About: I am a lifelong animal lover and have had multiple dogs, two cats, and a ball python for over 13 years! In addition to my experience as a pet owner, I have also volunteered at the Cincinnati Zoo in various capacities for 3 years now, where I have learned techniques in animal care relating to a variety of species from mammals to reptiles to birds. About: I’m very good with animals, I have 5 pets of my own including cats and dogs and I also just love animals and want to be around them as much as I can! Right now I’m completely free for the summer and so I would be available to come and take care of them and am even willing to stay over nights but I still live at home so it would have to be at a clients house. I love to play with pets, cuddle or anything else that the specific pet might need. I’m pretty flexible and I’ve dealt with the gross stuff so that doesn’t bother me either.

About: We’ve had animals for as long as I can remember. Growing up on a farm in southern KY I am used to caring for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, miniature pigs, guinea pigs, rabbits, hamsters, etc! Our animals have always been apart of our family and go where we go! Our animals are allowed on the furniture, sleep in our bed, and love to visit our parents house! I am a stay at home mom so adding a pet into our daily routine is actually pretty easy! We’re used to care for our own dog! We just have them join whatever we’re doing which makes it easier. I have two Littles who love to play outside and take them walks so I usually just have our pups tag along! Our pups routine is usually out to pee in the morning, a walk after her breakfast, lots of outdoor play or sunbathe time while me and my two kiddos play our back, another walk once the kids take their naps, more play time with the kids, another walk after dinner, then a pee break before we get into bed for the night! I’m home all day as a stay at home mom and my husband is fully remote so our pup is used to having somewhere there for whatever she needs or when we do go out and about if we’re able to we take her! Our dog frequents our parents house for even more cuddles and play! Animals are always part of the family on our end.

During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
