About: I have experience with deaf, senior and reactive dogs as well as cats. I fostered and trained for Blue River Pet Rescue and have taken dog safety courses with Nebraska Humane Society. I know what it's like to have a scared or sick dog and I know how important it is to find someone you can trust to care for them when you can't. I am no stranger to a special needs dog and I want to be that person for you and your pet when you need me. My own dog, who passed in April 2025, had CHF and I could barely stand to let him out of my sight. I was lucky that the people who fostered him offered to watch him when needed. Without them, I'm not sure how I would've found someone I could really trust to be patient and kind to him. Now that he's gone, I want to be able to be that person for others. I work completely remote, so I am always home, giving me a great opportunity to care for special needs animals or just animals in general. I work Mon-Fri, 12-8 and weekends are usually free. I live close to a dog park that I took my previous foster to every day and have a nice neighborhood for walks. I have a yard (not fully fenced in) with a tie out leash, though I go outside often and would never leave your pet alone. I got the tie out recently for my foster to help her with separation anxiety but would walk around the yard and area with my own dog for a few minutes every hour or so. I have lots of toys and keep a pet water fountain running at all times. I keep a couple of dog beds throughout the house, so there is always somewhere soft and comfortable to lay down, whether they want to stay close by or would prefer some space. My house is their house while they're here. Besides the trash cans, they are welcome to explore.

About: New to Rover, but I've been raising dogs all my life! My family had Labradors and Boxers, I adopted a Basset, and I married someone who loves her Maltese. My wife and I have a spacious house, a large yard, a covered deck, lots of napping couches, and several dog gates so we can give your pup as much supervision as you'd like. We can do meet and greet, a house tour, and an introduction to our own dogs, George (our Basset) and Milo (our Maltese). I work from home, which means your dog's schedule gets followed no matter what. I can easily accommodate frequent potty breaks, play sessions, cuddle times, feeding schedules, and walks. Our dogs (George and Milo) get time outside in the yard at each meal, at least one walk a day in the evening, and play time whenever they want it. Depending on your pup, they're welcome to join those routines, or do more or less. We have our home very intentionally set up for dogs. My work-from-home station consists of just a laptop, which means I can work from whatever room in our home makes your furry friend feel most at home. Our dog gates let pups roam while ensuring we can keep an eye on them. Our own dogs (George and Milo) are social but also independent, so if your pup prefers one on one time with humans, we'll make sure he or she gets it.

About: I have taken care of dogs most of life, six dogs in total. Most recently I had a German Shepherd, Australian Cattle dog mix name Waylan. I started with Rover over 4 years ago and have sat for over 50 clients and 82 pets. To name a few I have taken care of Pit Terriers, Bull Terriers, Australian Cattle Dogs, Great Dane, Bearded Collies, Bearded Dragon, Mice, Hedgehog, and many cats. All from different families and all in-home stays. I consider myself an observant and knowledgeable animal lover. When it comes to special skills, I have experience training and administering medicine. My work schedule is M-F, 8:30 to 5pm in-office. Outside of those hours, I spend with your pets. Despite working full-time in-office, the happiness and safety of your pets is still my number one concern. I am looking forward to the care and attention I can give your pets in their home environment. I have experience taking care of dogs on farms, in apartments, and town homes.

About: Hi, I’ve had pets for as long as I can remember. I don’t think there’s anything better in the world than bringing in an animal and making them a part of the family. I would love to help with anyone’s family no matter big or small :) I work full time but I can help with any drop in requests for the weekend or afternoon. I will do my best to be available! I treat animals like family. Anyone who would willingly disrespect an animal is no friend of mine. All they can do is love unconditionally so I couldn’t imagine being mean to one.

When I was a little girl I mended a bunnies broken leg with a splint, and he healed just fine. About: I grew up in a small town with horses, dogs, and cats. I have been an animal lover since I was just a little girl. My Aunt had a kenneling facility that I helped with throughout the years and growing up. It was more like a little staycation for furry friends while families traveled for various reasons. My responsibilities included keeping the living space sanitary and comfortable, feeding, watering, cleaning, exercising, and monitoring the animals' health and behavior, and obviously a lot of added love and play time! About: Since I was a kid, I've had multiple experiences taking care of my dogs as well as others. I'm a firm believer that dogs can be your best friend and can bring lots of happiness. You can consider me as a reliable caretaker that will give your dog all the TLC it may need. Although I haven't had a lot of experience dog walking for other dog owners, I have plenty of experience being around dogs in general whether it is my own, my friends' dogs, or other family members'. At one point I was working as a veterinary assistant/technician so my love for animals runs very deep! My daughter is currently in the hospital and I would love to have some time outside of those four walls while we are away from home. I love walking trails and would love to take your pal with me! I am available in the mornings during weekdays! I am pretty flexible for time in the mornings but prefer earlier so I can get my day started off on the right foot! I do not have my own home in Colorado as I have stated previously that I am here temporarily for my daughter. In your home, I will be sure your dogs are in the appropriate place when I leave, trash and other items are not in their reach, and your pup is comfortable.
