“Amanda was fantastic - she was very communicative and sent me daily updates, pictures, and adorable videos of my pup!! It was so comforting having regular updates and seeing my gal so happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend!”

“Brooke was amazing. This was our first time to leave Mabel alone with someone who was not family. Brooke went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable by sending pictures and updates. I would highly recommend Brooke to care for you fur baby!”

“Raquel is the absolute best. She welcomed us with open arms. We did a meet and greet before booking and I knew then she'd be great for my baby. She's so sweet and professional. Her love for dogs are amazing along with her wonderful daughter. I'm happy I found Raquel. Thanks for everything.”

“Thankful Gretchen and her family were so accommodating for a last minute board. She was quick to provide pictures and give me updates on my two dogs. Definitely recommend!”

“Nella took such great care of our dog Trip! She provided frequent updates on his stay while we were gone and he came home happy and clearly well cared for. We would definitely rebook with her!”

“Freya had a great time with Gerrad. He sent me lots of pictures, per my needs as an obsessive dog mom, and gave her lots of snuggles. We are happy to be with her again, but it makes me so happy that she was well taken care of in a calm environment.”

“My pup is usually a little stressed at the beginning of a stay, but she was super happy when we got to Linda’s. Linda is very nice and sends lots of pictures to keep me updated!”

“We were very happy with Dylan and his care for our dog. He thought of everything and gave us peace of mind. He sent plenty of updates and photos. We will definitely be using them again. I highly recommend!”

“Ashleigh did great with my 2 weenie babies. She has a fenced in, safe yard. She text and sent photos everyday and was very accommodating to their needs. Definitely recommend her services!!!”

“We are first time dog owners and this was our first time using Rover. Kaitlin was an excellent communicator and always quick to respond. She sent us many updates while we were away that included pictures and a video! She has a great set up for keeping dogs in her homes and our pup came home very happy and very tired from all the playtime he got while he was with Kaitlin. It was obvious from our first encounter that she loves animals and truly wants them to feel well taken care of while they are in her home. We will definitely use Kaitlin again!”

“Ashley was just absolutely amazing! If I could give her 10 stars, I 100% would! She really went above and beyond taking care of our girl! We really enjoyed the consistent check-ins and pictures and appreciate the extra time she took to let us know how Harley was doing while we were away! I was so thrilled that she actually seemed to take the time to get to know our fur baby and treated her like one of her own! This was our first time boarding Harley, but Ashley made it so smooth and stress-free! Would definitely recommend and will be booking with her again in the future!”

“Raelynn was great! Our dog seemed to enjoy her time and I feel confident that she was well cared for. I would highly recommend Raelynn to others and would definitely use her again.”

About: Hello! My name is Brooke and I have a precious English Springer Spaniel and had a beautiful Bernese Mountain Dog. I am a big dog lover and take my dog everywhere she can go with me! We love to hike, go biking, chase squirrels and the next door neighbors dog! I love spending time with animals, period, whether it’s playing with them or just taking them on a much needed walk! I also have house sat/pet sat for various families over the years and am extremely flexible with whatever families need. I have house sat/puppy sat from just a couple nights to several months at a time. I offer services of walking, in-home visits, over-night stays and quite frankly am flexible with any other situations that may come up! Thanks for reading and I look forward to meeting you and your fur baby! I currently work full time and even though I love puppies, would prefer to watch dogs that have a well established routine and can be ok for sometime alone before I can come and walk them and play with them. This is part of my personal routine with my own puppy. At this time I do not have a fenced in yard at my own home, so talking my dog for a long walk on the trails near my house is a must! For families where I am watching not only their animal but their home, I like to work within their animals normal routine so as not to add any more stress to the owners or the animal.
“Jennifer is great! She took great care of our basset hound who came home happy. Jennifer was communicative before and during boarding. We appreciated the photos we received while we were away. We will definitely come back.”

“My 1 year old GS, Brick had a WONDERFUL time!! I have never been away from him and he's only been around my 2 cats and my mom's 2 Chihuahuas, so I wasn't sure how he would do around other big dogs. Deserae said she would Introduce him slowly to the other dogs and keep a close eye on him. Later that day, I received pictures for an update and brick was running around the backyard with all the other dogs having the time of his life!! She even gave Brick a pup cup with whip cream and strawberries that he loved! I highly recommend Deserae, She truly has a heart for dogs and makes them feel at home!”

“Emily and her family are so sweet! She wanted the dogs to get acquainted with her before the stay, but I didn't have the time. Still, I appreciated the gesture. She was also very open to my schedule and was willing to watch my dogs at a very early time. She frequently gave me updates and photos which was a bonus. Would definitely come back to have her watch over Haru and Kobi again! ? A++++ experience.”

“Molly provided excellent care for our Corgi. I received pictures and notes keeping me updated. I was concerned that our pickup time might change due to airline changes and she was flexible to work with me. I very much appreciated the love she provided.”

Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in MO ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
