About: I’ve had dogs since I was young including a variety of small, medium, and large dogs that I rescued and also raised since they were puppies. Currently at home I have two Morkies and a Corgi. Both of my Morkies are very energetic, so I have a lot of experience playing with dogs that bounce off the walls. I am affectionate, love all dogs, and am able to accommodate for any special treatments your dog may need! I am an active graduate student studying Physical Therapy who enjoys exercise. I am able to feed, walk, let out, and play with your pups (or cat!). I hope to be able to get to know you and your special pet better! I currently am a student, and I am done with class by 1pm on everyday except for Tuesday. I am able to walk or drop in during the lunch hour, or multiple check ins if you are gone for extended periods of time. P I am always attentive to ensure that dogs are fed properly, have plenty to drink, exercise well, and use the restroom when needed. I will always be respectful of your home if you pick me to walk or do check in visits! I always make sure to let you know how the visit went, and like to send photos.

About: I’ve been a pet owner since I was young. From fish and frogs to hamsters and dogs my love for animals has no limits. I’m a very energetic playful person, dedicated to keeping your furry friend happy. I’ve cat and dog sat for multiple neighbors around the block and each time was a great experience. I live in Duluth for the school year and have morning classes. i’m available for weekday walks, and all day on weekends. i can also stay at your house for overnights if that’s what you prefer! My space has a fenced in yard and a super friendly french bulldog that would love to play with your pet! “Wow! Amy is so wonderful with our elderly lab. We're so grateful to have Amy's care. Possibly because of her work with horses--Amy told us she works at a horse sanctuary that cares for 70 horses--she noticed that Terese was keeping the weight off her right front leg! That's the leg that has kind of a trick elbow that causes Terese to limp, at times so badly she can't walk. It's good to catch it early. Thanks to Amy's report when walking Terese, I was able to adjust her medicine and keep the problem from getting to an emergency level of pain. About: My family has raised golden retriever puppies for the past 10 years, and on numerous occasions, I was responsible for their care. I have assisted with every birth we have had so I am comfortable with emergency situations should they arise. I have also worked with many senior dogs and understand the heart that goes into end-of-life care for these sweet souls. I currently have an open schedule as I am in between internships to finish up my collegiate career. Therefore, as of now I am available anytime to take care of your pup. If you are hoping to schedule out after August my schedule may differ. In my home I have an unfenced front and side yard, but I am comfortable and confident with leash control on potty breaks. There are no additional pets in my home at this time. In my client's home I am able to work with whatever the animal is traditionally used to.

About: I grew up taking care of my family dogs and they were my best friends. Starting at about age 10 my neighbors and family friends entrusted me to pet sit their cats and dogs with responsibilities such as feeding, walking, bathing, and administering medication. I have plenty of patience for animals of all ages; there was a point in high school when my family had a 15 year old pug and two puppies. Ever since moving to Duluth, I don't see my dogs very often and would love to spend more time taking care of animals! I work part time as a server so I have flexible availability. My hours change based on the week so my schedule is open for discussion. I will need to care for your pets in your home as I live in an apartment, however I am in an area perfect to take dogs on walks!

She looked after my golden retriever, who has epileptic seizures, for a week. And I came home to a very happy, healthy dog. 2. She Actually Loves Dogs (And Their Quirks) +All dogs come with quirks. Some of them can be annoying. My dog will plant himself in front of a bush and refuse to budge. Amy didn’t get annoyed one bit. About: Every dog or cat has their own personality, quirks, and needs. I've had pets my entire life and people say I'm a dog whisperer. I'm not really...I just understand what motivates them (treats, love, or praise) and I work with that. My dogs and cats were always like family, and I treat other people's pets like family. I worry about mine when I'm away, so I want people to know that I understand those feelings and that their pets are in good hands. I've also had rodents and reptiles, so I can watch after them too. I do this work simply because I love animals and exercise, so this is perfect. Socialization with new people and reinforcing training material (like basic commands) is mentally beneficial for pets too. Lastly, I'm a retired government employee, so I've had quite the variety of background checks - you will find me honest, reliable and committed. Since I am retired, I can accept drop-in's or walks throughout out the day. Last minute or same day requests are a real possibility depending on when you contact me. I'm quite flexible. I'm not boarding at this time. As far as caring for your pet in your home, I will follow your instructions implicitly. When I have others take care of my own dog and they don't follow my requests, it drives me nuts!

About: I have grown up with dogs my whole life- Labrador Retrievers especially. I love big dogs and feel the most comfortable working with them, but small dogs are also amazing to work with! I have dog sat/taken walks with my own dogs, family’s, friend’s countless times. I am currently working a part time job. Each week my schedule changes but, I have plenty of time for your furry friend! I am free a lot!! Message me with times that you need and I will verify they work with me! Any time I watch, check in, or walk a pet I ensure they have adequate access to water, potty time, and treats (if allowed). I follow care instructions strictly. About: I have been around animals my whole life. I always had a dog growing up, and I would help take care of them starting at the age of 8. Now, I have an 11 year old poodle bichon and 2 cats. She often checks in and asks about ways to help with his anxiety so she can make him feel comfortable. She has been taking the time to really get to know Buster and how to help him. She even puts in time outside of his walks to ask questions. She is very respectful about my preferences regarding Buster’s care and always checks in with me about things she does. She is always very respectful and polite towards me. There have been times when I needed to make last minute changes and she is always more than accommodating. You can tell she doesn’t just see this as a job but that she really cares for the animals in her care. I feel completely comfortable with her taking care of Buster and even my cat if ever needed.”

About: I have experience when dog-sitting my dogs, family dogs, and friends' dogs. I worked with all sizes. I've worked with reactive dogs and easy-going dogs. I have also taken care of senior dogs and puppies. I have had a puppy as my own and senior dogs as my own as well as reactive dogs. I am very comfortable with walking dogs and taking care of them! I do work a part time job, I usually work in the morning times and am off after 12. I have a car so can make anytime work!
