While I’ve never had to take a pet I was caring for to an emergency vet, I believe it’s important to have that information readily available in case treatment ever becomes necessary. We’ll also discuss any limitations they may have, as well as whether they’re allowed to go on rides, walks, swimming outings, or even enjoy the occasional pup cup 🩶 I also like to review each pet’s daily routine and preferences with owners to help keep their care as consistent and comfortable as possible while you’re away. I’ll ask about feeding schedules, potty breaks, medications, sleeping arrangements, favorite activities, and any behaviors or sensitivities I should be aware of.
