“She took very good care of my little girl.”

About: I've been pet-sitting since I was 10 years old. I grew up around dogs and farm animals, and have always loved taking care of them. I'm familiar with all type of breeds and energy levels. I am a voice teacher and singer, so my schedule is very flexible. I can work around almost anything and will be able to give consistent care if needed. Each animal is unique, and I pride myself on being able to adapt easily to new routines so that your fur baby can continue their day with little to no upsets.

“My impression is that dogs love being around Sam. Sam is very reliable, accommodating and responsible person. Also she has great understanding of pet’s needs and takes actions accordingly. It’s a fantastic quality when you can be sure that dog sitter would be able to anticipate your pet needs when you are away.”

“Having Bailey housesit for us was such a gift. Her communication was great, she helped problem solve kitty situations while we were away, and I knew our kittos were in good caring hands. We came home after being away for just over a week to a tidy home and happy kitties. I wouldn’t hesitate asking her to help us again.”

“Hannah was amazing and took such great care of my boys. I appreciated that she took notes and everything that I requested was done and then some 💜”

“I lucked out finding Kim at the last minute. She was able to take care of the dog with a two day notice which was amazing. She kept me updated throughout the stay and even left me a note at the end that wrapped everything up so that I didn’t have any questions about how it went. I would most certainly recommend her but also book her again myself. I’ll already Recommended her to neighbors and friends.”

“By far the best decision I made for a cat sitter! Alex made me feel so comfortable having to leave Yadie. He sent me photos everyday and kept me posted on how Yadie was doing. I’ve always be stressed when I have to leave him, but Alex made it so much less stressful. I will be using him again!! Very highly recommended!!”

About: I am a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience caring for dogs of all sizes and breeds. Since I was a teenager, I’ve provided dog-sitting services for friends and family, gaining valuable experience with everything from crate training to administering medication for pets with medical needs. I’ve cared for dogs with mobility challenges and understand the patience and compassion they require. Whether it’s an energetic puppy or a senior dog needing extra support, I’m comfortable and confident in providing attentive care. As a retired teacher, I have a very flexible schedule, allowing me to dedicate plenty of time and attention to the dogs in my care. Being retired gives me the flexibility to fully dedicate time each day to caring for pets—whether it’s going on walks, feeding, playing, or simply offering companionship. I truly enjoy building routines that help pets feel comfortable, loved, and well cared for. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands. When caring for pets in my home, I provide a safe, loving environment alongside my own friendly golden retriever and two healthy, well-socialized cats, so visiting pets must be comfortable with other animals. My home features a fenced-in backyard, perfect for play and exercise, in a quiet family neighborhood in the heart of Sarasota. For client home sitting, I’m happy to care for pets in the comfort of their own surroundings, with a preference for homes located throughout the greater Sarasota area, including the islands.

“Erin is great with our little Daisy and she definitely left the house in tip top shape (better than it was left). We will continue to be a repeat customer. Thank you, Erin.”

“Sophia did a great job for us. She sent multiple pictures every day, our dog bonded with her quickly and she left the house clean. It was the first time we used Rover and it was an excellent experience.”

About: I’ve spent time around animals for my entire life, and have always loved giving them the love and attention they deserve. I have a very flexible schedule and will take the time to make your pet happy and comfy! Working with animals has always been something I have found great joy doing, and I hope I can build connections with more four legged friends! I’m a student who is currently on break until the 21st, so I am available very often. Any days of the week will work fine for me! I will make sure all fences, doors, and windows are secure at all times to ensure your pets will be safe and cozy in their homes!

About: My cousin is a registered dog trainer for >30 years, and she taught me everything I know about animals! I'm ready to deal with any situation: large or small, rambunctious or 'chill'...and I can talk to animals in many languages. I work remotely, so I'm blessed to be able to fit my work into my more rewarding passion: taking care of animals. Please reach out and see if we can make it work! I always consult upfront with my clients to understand their (and their pets') needs and preferences. I aim to tailor my care to fit in with these customs.

About: I’ve been working with animals the majority of my adult life. I started out as a volunteer dog walker at the Humane Society and then spent 3 years sitting on the board at the same shelter. I’ve fostered multiple dogs since 2014 and also owned my own doggy daycare and boarding facility from 2016 to 2024. I’m currently working part time so my schedule is very open and flexible. I’m available weekdays, weekends and holidays. With my current schedule it keeps me open to having lots of time to spend with the fur babies to play and snuggle. I have a large fenced yard and tile throughout my house so it is very dog friendly. Walks are available upon request as well as crating if preferred. I’m also happy to sleep with your pets as that’s my preference.

About: I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in pet care comes from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering with animals over the years. I’ll always do my best to provide quality care and spend lots of active time with your furry friends! I work full time, but have flexibility. I love going for walks, engaging in play, and giving lots of snuggles & love to your animals! I’ll make sure spaces are clean & your fur babies are left content.

About: What sets me apart as a sitter is the genuine love and patience I bring to every animal I care for. I take the time to get to know each pet’s personality and needs, whether that means helping a puppy learn good habits with gentle, consistent training or giving extra love and comfort to a senior dog who just wants a calm, cozy space. I treat every pet like family, and my goal is always to make them feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. Pet care is a very important part of my daily and weekly routine. I organize my time around their needs, making sure to include walks, playtime, feeding, and lots of love. I enjoy adjusting my day to give them company and attention, whether it’s for scheduled visits or longer stays. For me, it’s not just a task—it’s one of the best parts of my week! When I care for pets in my home or in a client’s home, I always make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved. I follow their usual routines as closely as possible—whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, playtime, or medication—so they feel at ease. In my home, I provide a calm and pet-friendly environment with plenty of space to relax and play. When I’m in a client’s home, I’m respectful of their space and make sure their pet gets personalized care and attention, just like they would if their family were there.

Anna B.

“She took very good care of my little girl.”

Carly B.
“I have two pups, Mya and Milo, that Carly always takes great care of when she watches them. Mya is a 17 year old Jindo, which if you know anything about the breed, you know they are very smart, very loyal, and can be very protective. On top of that, she also has health issues that requires medication and attention. Due to both of these things it is extremely hard to find someone both we and Mya trust to watch her when we are away, but Carly is one of those few people. She is gentle and patient with Mya, makes sure medications are given at the correct time, and sends us pictures to ease our anxiety of being away. Milo on the other hand is a Corgi who is much, MUCH easier to handle. She is equally as great with him, and I think he might like her more than us (he sure seems disappointed when we come home). All in all, she is very kind and attentive towards our dogs’ drastically different needs, and I would recommend her to anyone who is needing someone to take care of their pups — whether it’s just for walking or extended time away.”

Christine M.
“I was so pleased with the attention and care that Christine showed towards my pets. I have an older boxer and 2 cats. I can tell that he got a lot of play time and was left with plenty of water. My cats even got in some play time. I am very happy to have finally found a great person to help with the care of my fur rabies. I highly recommend Christine as a pet sitter !”
