Whether your pet needs playtime, medication, or just a calm presence while you’re away, I’m here to help! I’m a graduate student with a flexible schedule, especially during the summer. So I’m available for pet visits and drop-ins on weekends and most weekdays. I’m happy to accommodate short-notice requests and extended stays when needed. About: I have grown up with big and little dogs my whole life. All throughout college, I fostered dogs until they found their forever homes and I currently have a small chihuahua mix (see my picture) who I've trained to do many tricks! I also have experience with different dog temperaments including anxious and reactive. I especially love working with puppies! I work from home and have a flexible schedule, so I am available for walks or overnight stays most days of the week with advanced notice. Every pet is different, so I make sure to follow the instructions and schedules given by the owners. I like to treat their homes and pets with respect and as if they were my own!

“Sophia was such a pleasure to work with. Sophia came on time and collected Dakota and Bogomila on a walk replete with photos and helpful commentary. I look forward to working with Sophia in the future”

About: While I've never owned a dog myself, my love of them has extended out to others. I have experience walking and helping care for dogs dating back to high school when I would help care for our family friends' dogs in the Summer. I was also a volunteer dog walker during my senior year of college, walking a then 8-month-old puppy in the Fall and an older Dachshund in the Spring. I have experience with both younger and older dogs, and am more than happy to help walk yours! I work a 9-5 with a hybrid work schedule requiring me to be in the office every other week. Weekends will tend to be the best days for me but I am flexible and can work with you for weekdays if necessary. I am someone who does not mind pets being around me at all times. I am always responsive to needs and will strive to make sure your pet is always happy.

About: I’ve been passionate about caring for dogs of all breeds and sizes since I was young. From training playful puppies to providing gentle care for seniors, I adapt my care style to meet each dog's unique needs. I am experienced in feeding, walking, bathing, administering medication, and providing comfort and companionship. Whether your dog needs an energetic play session or a calm, relaxing environment, I can provide customized care to ensure they feel safe and loved while you're away. I have a completely flexible schedule at the moment, so I’m available to care for your pets whenever you need! Whether it's weekdays or weekends, I can dedicate my time and attention to your pets for boarding, sitting, or walking. I live in a pet-friendly house with a back yard right next to a beautiful park, perfect for walks and playtime. Although I don’t have pets of my own, I ensure a comfortable and safe environment for your pets while they’re with me. Your furry friends will have plenty of space to relax or enjoy some outdoor time at the park!
