She sent us pictures of Bolo everyday (to reassure my girlfriend) and kept bolo (who can have really bad separation anxiety) from freaking out. She also finished drying/folding our laundry for us! I also make sure he has a yard break every 2-3 hours, along with two medium to long walks daily to keep him active and engaged. My routine is built around making sure my dog’s needs are met consistently, and I approach all my pet care with the same level of attention and dedication. Whether it's a regular walk, a healthy meal, or a quick yard break, I ensure that my pets are always well taken care of, just like I would treat your own furry friend! When it comes to dog walking, safety and trust are my top priorities. I’ve learned to anticipate potential issues, whether it’s a skateboarder coming around a corner or a squirrel teasing from the street, ensuring that any situation is handled before it becomes a problem. By understanding an animal’s triggers, I can make every walk a positive, stimulating experience while maintaining control of the leash at all times. For home sitting, whether it’s a dog or cat, I take care to respect the space—both for the animal and the owner’s peace of mind. About: Hi I’m Angie :). I have loved and cared for pets since I was 8 years old. From cats to dogs to turtles and birds I truly love all creatures big and small. I have experience with caring for older dogs and cats as well as young pups and kittens. I am an avid walker and love active animals with high energy. About: I’ve done lots of pet sitting gigs in between jobs and seasonal work. I have nannied for two families for longer stints (1 year +) both of which have had dogs and cats, who I was responsible for in addition to childcare. I am a full-time farmer and animal lover looking for some extra income :) My farming job has long hours during the week so weekends are my preferred scheduling times, but I have a car and am happy to commute! I love getting to know pets based on their personality. Because I work so closely with nature and wildlife on a daily basis, I am very in tune with the human to animal connection. Kindness, empathy, and understanding are crucial.
