“Michael was absolutely the best! As a first time user of Rover, and having never left our two cats longer than a few days, I was a bit anxious. After meeting Michael and receiving wonderful updates and feedback on the boys .... pics, videos and texts on how they were doing, I would recommend him to everyone! (We actually have already given out two referrals since arriving home) I would also recommend Michael to first time users who might be nervous leaving their pets. He provided excellent care for both the pets AND their humans. Smile 😃”

“Kristin is a wonderful cat sitter! She provides multiple photos for each visit and includes a summary of how it’s going. Responds quickly to texts and questions. Hazel was happy and healthy throughout. Brings great peace of mind while we’re away. Kristin is our go-to A-#1 sitter!”

“Lora is a fantastic Rover who took great care with our home and our feline Rosie! She was attentive and went above and beyond while we escaped to the beach - highly recommended and we will be going to her in the future when needed to take care of our pets- THANK YOU”

“Sophia was amazing!! Our kitty absolutely loves her and she did a great job having Sophia check on her for her first time away from her family a few days. Highly recommend Sophia!”

“Chelsea was great with my kitties! Loved the frequent updates and pictures. It was so nice to know they were well cared for whe I was away.”

“Courtney took excellent care of my cat while I was out of town for a week, stopping by once a day to check up on him and even helped with a small medical emergency. She spent extra time playing with him with his favorite toys and made sure he had everything he needed. Would absolutely seek her out next time I need help!”

“We are so thankful for Emily! We were traveling for over two weeks for the holidays, and she took excellent care of our cat, Fitz, for the entire time. From our first time meeting her, she was gracious and friendly, and showed an interest in Fitz right away. Emily was prompt and thorough with communication both before the stay and during it, and sent us detailed updates and pictures every day while we were gone. We returned to a clean home, and a very happy cat - we feel she went above and beyond in caring for both! We will definitely book with Emily again, and refer her to our friends! Cannot recommend her highly enough.”

About: I have over 10 years of experience taking care of dogs and cats. I have 4 years experience as a veterinary assistant. I also have experience in puppy care and training, as well as senior dog experience. I am fairly flexible when it comes dog walks or playtime. I am available Monday through Sunday 8am-7pm. When it comes to house/pet sitting weekends and Fridays work best. I can work weekdays however I am more limited. I take walks 2-3 times per day, poop scoop the yard twice a day, give enrichment puzzles and toys available for them at all times. Depending on the dogs needs I also have experience giving medication twice daily as well as breakfast, lunch, and dinner to picky eaters.

“Great communication the whole time we were gone. Always felt like I knew what was happening. Made me feel comfortable letting a stranger into our home. Probably the most important part.”

“Talia took amazing care of our two kittens while we were out of town for the week. She ensured our yard stayed watered in the dry spell and even started our Roomba to keep our house tidy. She showed up on time and promptly communicated with any concerns. We appriciated the great photos of our boys that she sent daily. Highly recommend!”

About: My family has a border collie of our own at home and he has always needed tons of care. As a herding dog, he’s always been an energetic and high maintenance guy. I have been looking after his needs since I was 10, along with an host of other small animals (2 hamsters, a fishy, and a trio of pet rats!) and I’d be delighted to show your pets the same level of love and care I show my own. 🐶🐱🐹🐍🦜 I’m also an elementary education major with a minor in inclusive/special ed. I am no stranger to the patience and care that goes into teaching and taking care of little humans, and that extends to animals as well. While I am home for the summer, I would love to look after your furry friends (and they’re free to help me with my school work for summer classes, too)! I am home for a short time this summer, before I move into a house in Bellingham with some of my peers. Because I am taking classes remotely this summer quarter, I will be able to care for your pets whenever I am needed! I am able to do potty breaks, walks, feeding, anything your pet needs. I will do my very best to ensure they have the care they require to make them comfortable.

“Anthony provided excellent care and communication. Definitely will book him again!”

“I am extremely satisfied with Laura’s care and communication. Our four cats looked happy, healthy, and well-loved upon our return. Thank you, Laura!”

“Eleena was great! I had a last minute work trip and Eleena was gracious enough to work with me on last minute requests for two weeks. My kitties loved her, even the skittish one! Will definitely request her next time.”

About: I grew up around animals my whole life! I showed dogs and goats in 4H for multiple years! And look forward to looking after yours! I would log to walk dogs to get in both our exercise! I promise to do everything asked of me for your precious pup (s) and my hopes that you want me to dog sit for you again! I do care deeply, respecting your house and your animals. Dog sitting fits seamlessly into my flexible schedule, allowing me to provide reliable and attentive care whenever it’s needed. With the freedom to set my availability, I can easily accommodate last-minute bookings, daily check-ins, or extended stays. This flexibility ensures that I can offer dependable service while maintaining a balanced routine, making me a trustworthy and adaptable sitter for both pets and their owners. I treat your home with the same respect and attention I give to your pet: I follow all your entry and security instructions, keep the space tidy, water any plants, and collect mail or packages as needed. I’ll stick to your guidelines for lighting, trash, and thermostat settings to maintain a lived‑in feel, and I’ll alert you immediately if anything seems amiss. You can rest easy knowing I’ll leave your home just as I found it—safe, secure, and ready for your return.

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is my hands-on experience raising my own golden retriever, who is now seven months old. I’ve personally taught her everything she knows—from basic commands to leash manners and good social skills—and she’s already a very well-behaved dog. This experience has given me a lot of patience and understanding of the consistency puppies need to thrive. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs of all ages, including seniors, and always pay close attention to each pet’s unique routines and personalities. Whether it’s reinforcing positive behaviors, keeping an energetic puppy engaged, or providing a calm environment for an older dog, I treat every pet like my own and make sure they feel safe, loved, and happy while you’re away. I work in healthcare, so I usually only work 2 to 3 times a week, and during the time that I work. My boyfriend is usually at the house! So there’s always somebody here! I have a fence yard, as well as a big space! And the clients home, I will do my best to maintain their rules, as well as routine for the pet sake, as well as for my sake!!

About: I was raised on a farm in Texas with several dogs and cats throughout my life. Also chickens, cows, and horses! I’m currently a college student so unfortunately, no pets in dorms. But now I can get my daily furry friend time by caring for your pets! While in school, I work at the Washington State History Museum and help with the field trips for young students. I’m a college student but it’s summer, so no classes! I’ll be around until August 5th, then I’ll be off to Norway to study abroad! I live in a safe, pet-friendly neighborhood with parks and hiking trails nearby. There are some dog allergies in my home (hence no pets there) so I would love the opportunity to walk your dog through my neighborhood!

“Carol was so wonderful! She came by the house once a day to take care of my two kitties, one of whom is a bit of a troublemaker. He lived up to his reputation while we were gone, unfortunately, and attempted to break in to his automatic feeder. Carol sent me updates and pictures every day and I felt completely at ease during the trip knowing the kitties were well cared for. Thank you Carol!!”
