About: I took care of a neighbors dog for the first time at age 11. Since I’ve been relied on by those same neighbors, and others, along with friends, family, and coworkers who are out of town. I have lots of patience for shy dogs who need a little extra love and have worked with dogs of different breeds and sizes. I don’t have much experience with young pups (1 or younger) but I do have experience with older dogs. I’m also experienced in giving medicine, feeding, and safety for dogs. Currently I am out of school and work as a part time host, meaning I have lots of extra time to hang out with pups and cats! My shortest shifts are 5 hours and my longest shift is about 8 hours but those are few and far between. Always feel free to reach out about what my work schedule looks like for the week! I normally work between 1 and 3 shifts a week. I have three cats of my own and they are watched closely to make sure they don’t get outside or put themselves in danger. I also always make sure they are comfortable with plenty of food and water along with space to play around and rest. As for dogs, in previous houses I always make sure to keep dogs on a leash when walking outside just in case anything happens. If there’s any reason I can’t keep a direct eye on the dog outside, I make sure they are either on a leash or safe inside the house. As with cats, I also make sure dogs are fed the right amount at the right time and have fresh, clean water and lots of space to play and relax. I also think it’s important to cater to the animal based on how much attention they need and make sure to give furry friends lots of love if they want it!

About: I've had at least one pet my whole life. I grew up with an older dog that gave me a safe and comforting feeling. I am well experienced with different personalities and ages. I make sure my pets have been taken care of and also played with, that they feel loved and safe as my first dog had made me feel. I wake up fairly early at 6am to 7am. I make sure my animals are let out and fed soon after. I make sure throughout the day they have been given plenty of time to exercise and play before bedtime. The first thing I would do when first meeting a new friend is to not rush into it. I'd get to know them and their routine especially cats because they don't like their routine changed. They would have all their needs met even if it was specific on time and amounts. I would give additional attention and care for your pet because they experience a lot of stress while their owner is away.

About: I’ve worked with lots of different kind of animals ranging from farm animals to the everyday house pet. I also have experience in medical care for pets aswell, due to working at a Veterinary Office for over a year. I have worked with senior animals, giving medication, and have kennel experience. I work at a Veterinary Clinic so I’m always around different kinds of cats and dogs, and learning how to interact with them properly to fit their personality and temperaments. I own 2 large dogs and quite a few cats, so I feel with my combined skills i’ve picked up from dealing with my personal pets, to assisting and bonding with new ones daily I could be a great fit for your kiddos! I always always give any pet I deal with their own space, and allow them to come to me in their own time regardless of our relationship (new pet or pet i’ve been around before). I love building that bond with them so they’ll have a comforting friendly face, to give them lots of TLC. I tend to go above and beyond with the pets I care for, especially the more nervous ones.

About: Young and old pets all deserve proper care. I am prepared to offer that care to any age pet and to whatever pets you have in your zoo! I currently work at a restaurant on the closing shift but my only time blockouts would be lunch and dinner, 11am-3pm and 5pm-7pm. That being said with enough business I maynot need that form of income anymore I have a cat named scout who loves attention! She's getting up there in years and needs several medications but she's very sweet. If you intrust me with your pets I am going to do my best to follow the routine they already have and to the best of my abilities love them like you do.

About: I started pet sitting in 2022, I also volunteered at the Humane Society my Junior and Senior years of High School. Will match your dog's energy! I am a college student, and that's all I do during the week. Apart from that, I'm usually at home doing homework and taking care of my dog. Whenever I'm not at school I just home with my mini goldendoodle Hachi. This is why I am available to welcome any other pets in my home or do drop-in visits. I can also drive pets around if necessary.

About: Hello! My name is Haley. Animals are my life! I have always had pets growing up as a child and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care ranges from having my own pets and caring for family, friends pets, working at a Veterinary Office in highschool, and volunteering at the humane society over the years. I have three cats of my own (Mouse, Mac, and Cosmo). I also care for my family’s french bulldog, Bodie, very often! I am currently a senior at Purdue University, so I am available most weekdays for walks, check ins, and play times. As well as some weekdays and most weekends for house sittings! :) I will always check fence gates before letting a dog outside. I will also make sure to always have my eyes on the animals to make sure they’re safe and secure. In addition to that, I will lock the doors, and make sure I don’t ever step outside without a key (if given to me).

About: I work full time at a doggy daycare facility, and cannot get enough dog interactions. With being full time, I do ask for flexible availability. I mostly lounge around during my free time so I can play, run, walk, nap, and cuddle with the doggos before and after my full time work schedule. I experiment and practice tricks with them if they know any. I have been on Rover for about 6 years and have been very flexible to all resquests. I am very active with the animals that I encounter and watch for you. I want you and your animals to feel safe and comfortable with me and my envirnment. You are welcome to call or check in with us to see how much fun we have, whether we are on a walk, playing fetch, cuddling on the couch, or watching a movie together, we will always be having fun. I work full time at a doggy daycare. It is feasible for your pets to be there during the day if you would like them more closely monitored. I am attentive and loving with your pets at all times, but give the most attention and care when I get off work and can relax and play with them. I follow directions to the tee when given on how to properly take care of your fur babies. I also can have someone help assist me with watching them when it is necessary and preferred by owners.
