About: My family and I have been volunteering for a rescue organization called Redemption Rescue since 2022. During this experience, we have helped take care of over 50 cats, kittens, dogs, and puppies! We also have 3 cats and 3 dogs of our own, ranging from 1 year old to 13 years old. On the day to day basis, I help feed the animals, change litter boxes, walk the dogs, and play with/ take care of them! I am grateful to get to work with animals every day, and it is fulfilling to ultimately watch them get adopted by loving families. I hope to transfer this experience over to take care of your pet as well! 🐾 I am currently home from college for the summer, so I am available basically any day that I am needed! My hours are very flexible, and I am completely open to spend the night as well if needed! With my volunteering experience, I have taken care of a variety of animals. About: I've been pet sitting nonstop for over a year now, and these pets have filled my soul! I'm moving back to Indiana around the Indianapolis area and would love to help you out! Pet sitting became a way for me to give back to the pets while missing my sweet kitty for the past couple of years. I've sat for many old cats, given plenty of medications, etc. I prefer small dogs since I've mainly grown up with cats and Scottish Terriers. I'm retired and am a writer, which I can do anywhere. I have all the time in the world for your pet! Besides talking walks in nature, I am with your pet a lot! I am very conscious of where the pets are coming from when it comes to meeting new pets, especially if they are shy or don't like sudden movements. When it comes to rescue pets, you don't know what they've been through. That's where I find having calm energy benefits all involved.

I have had a dog all of my life, so I am very comfortable with pet care of all types. I am an experienced dog-walker as well and have cared for friends' and neighbors' pets for many years. Also, I am working on Conway's summer body and we are up to 3 mile walks a day. I am not saying that your dog needs all three miles but I am up for doing the long walks, if needed. I work from home every day. I have essentially wide open availability (minus some scattered meetings that will be scheduled ahead). I can care for your pet on any week day or weekend. Day or night. I am caring and respectful of the owner's wishes. Having a dog of my own, I know how important it is for owners to ensure that they are leaving their fur babies home with somebody that cares and they trust. If an owner has specific directions of care, I will follow those to the T.
