I work full-time during the week, so I’m available for walks and drop-ins on weekday evenings (typically after 5-6pm) and anytime on weekends. This makes me ideal for after-work walks, evening feeding visits, or full weekend care when you’re traveling. I’m also flexible for last-minute weekend bookings. I keep a consistent schedule so your pet can rely on regular timing, and I always communicate clearly about availability and any changes. For dog walks, I’m experienced with leash reactivity and keep dogs safely secured with secure collars/harnesses. I follow each owner’s specific instructions for feeding, medication, and routine. In your home, I’m respectful of your space, keep doors/gates secured, and send photo updates so you know your pet is happy and safe. I have a fenced yard if boarding is needed. My own dog has taught me to be vigilant about safety - I never take risks with gates, doors, or off-leash situations unless you’ve explicitly approved it.

Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
