She did an amazing job, and did everything I asked, and also made the effort to let me know about potential concerns, for example it snowed while I was away and she messaged me to let me know there was a potential of a power outage and she was going to check in to make sure they were ok. Communication was excellent and the pictures were so nice! I was able to be confident my cats were well cared for the entire time I was gone. She even noticed my cat’s ear looked irritated and let me know, which sometimes happens because of my cat’s sensitivity to food.
