We prioritize the schedule, and operate on a first come, first serve basis. Our dog Priscilla has a secure area at home where she can let herself in and out mostly at will, through a doggy door. We work on enabling her to communicate her needs when going out, or being fed. We utilize a bell on the door to the yard. For our clients, we adhere strictly to the clients requests, and dogs needs. About: Hello! I have been working with animals all my life from a very young age and I have been pet sitting for a little over 4 years. There were always pets in the home, mostly dogs and cats all my life growing up and I have thorough experience being around animals and knowing how to take care of them. I took a major part in taking care of the puppies that my family bred most of my childhood. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
