With a degree in Animal Science and over 30 years of experience in everything from paws to claws (and even scales and feathers!), I’ve worked as a veterinary technician, an animal behaviorist (yes, I speak fluent dog AND cat), and I’ve even run my own pet care company for years providing daily walks, home visits and even house sitting. Whether your dog thinks they’re a couch potato or your cat is a secret ninja, I’m here to make sure they’re pampered, safe, and entertained. From horses to hedgehogs, I’ve got you covered – and their best interests are always my top priority. Your pets will be in the hands of an experienced professional who’s equally passionate about their care and keeping them spoiled while you're away. I am currently working as a full-time teacher, but am very accommodating and flexible to stay overnight, do morning and afternoon visits to see your pets are safe and happy. On the weekends I can be there around the clock, but during the week I am away for work. Unfortunately, I don't offer sitting in my home. Landlord's rules, not mine. But I am happy to take care of your pets in their own environment by staying at yours, which research shows is less stressful and traumatic for your pet.

About: Hi! I am Teena. I reside in Kintnersville, Pa (near Lake Nockamixon). I’ve spent years caring for a wide variety of pets, including small & medium dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters, guinea pigs, birds & parrots, all of which I’ve personally owned and loved at different points in my life. Small dogs especially hold a huge place in my heart, and I proudly admit to being a total Chihuahua addict! I currently share my home with four Chihuahuas (two hairless) and one Pomeranian, so I’m very comfortable with the unique personalities, quirks, and care needs that come with tiny breeds. Because my home is already full of furry little personalities, I’m unable to offer boarding services. However, I’m more than happy to provide drop-in visits where I can spend quality time with your pet, offer companionship, playtime, feeding, walks, and general care while you’re away. I also have extensive experience administering oral medications, including pills and tablet forms, but I do not offer injectable medications or shots, as I do not have professional training in that area. My goal is always to make pets feel safe, comfortable, loved, and cared for like they’re part of the family. As a business owner of a catering & cooking school, I work mostly from home during the week with a flexible schedule. Weekends are filled with caterings, events and other food-industry gigs, so I am available Mon-Fri at this time. Drop-in visits will be centered around potty breaks for dogs, feedings if necessary or simple companionship in half hour blocks of time. In my home, my pups love just being near humans and love the togetherness. I mimic this when dropping in for clients. Drop-ins for cats and other small pets will depend on the wants & needs of the pet and if they are comfortable with human interaction or if they simple require feedings and check-ins.

About: I have spent my entire life growing up with numerous and varied pets, which has given me experience with different animals and their needs. I would love to care for your pet—any breed, size, or personality! My schedule is very flexible, and I would love to discuss scheduling a time that works for you! Please reach out, so we can discuss your needs. I will clarify with you if there are any specific needs or routines that would be followed for your pet. Typically, I would enter and greet your pet (whether with pets or from afar), feed them per instructions, and give them fresh water. For dogs, we will head outside for a walk or exercise in the backyard, and for cats, I would clean their litter box and then play or relax with them. Whether it is a drop-in, overnight stay, or walk, I will make sure your doors and gates are locked!

About: My name is Angie. I currently work in the veterinary field with cats and dogs. I have worked in the large animal field as well in the past for farm animals. I have 3 dogs at home but have had cats, bearded dragons, fish, birds and even an african tortoise. I would love to meet some new furry (or even not so furry) friends. I would treat them like they are my own pets. I have a compassion for all living things and it's a passion I would like to pursue now that my children are older and I have some more free time. I do work at a vet hospital 4-5 days a week but other than work, I am available to pet sit in your home or just pop in for walks, feeding and cuddle time if that is all that is required for your pet. I have 3 large dogs at home who are my world. They are trained to stay in our yard or be on a lead outside. They all are on allergy specific diets and medications so I am no stranger to medical issues in dogs. I have also fostered everything from extra small puppies/dogs to extra large dogs.

About: My pet care experience starts with had taken care of my own pets growing up, one Dog (a Pomeranian) and one Turtle both who received an equal amount of love,care,and attention! My family has always been a positive advocate for valuing and respecting animals lives just as much as people. So where my experience continues to lie today, while attending collage I continued to purse my love for animals and work at an Animal Shelter in the Lehigh Valley! I’m currently working part-time, so it would still allow me to have plenty of time to take care of your Purrs & Paws during the week!! I currently don’t have any furr baby’s of my own at home! But It gives me all the more joy, time and love to solely focus on your furr baby’s needs and wants<3 I live right by the Lehigh High University campus in which includes great long walks and views for your pups, with other dog friendly environmental spaces! I also have my own source of transportation if car rides are a favorite and need pick-up or drop-in services!

I currently work 3 12 hour shifts as a nurse and have 4 days off during the week, so I have plenty of free time! I will walk the pets in your neighborhood or check in on them when needed, but cannot board unfortunately! I will treat your pets like my own and ensure they have everything they need!

About: I have been working with dogs and cats since 2018. I began by working at a grooming/doggy daycare center. Here I learned to watch for aggressive behavior, how to deal with aggressiveness, giving oral medicine, bathing, caring for senior dogs, helping dogs socialize, learning puppy behavior and correcting, and so on. I loved working here because my family pet was unfortunately a victim of an aggressive groomer and I wanted to make sure that everyone knew I would not allow anything to happen to their pets if I can help it. I moved to NC where I continued to work with pets part time, mostly doing overnight stays. I have recently moved to PA and would love to continue to do this part time! I am not employed at the moment as I just moved to PA. I am looking for a pt job and looking to start school but at the moment I don’t have many things that keep me busy. Working at the grooming facility has taught me a lot about being cautious of animal behavior whether that’s from across the street or the pet in holding on a leash. During playtime we never had a big fight and have thankfully been able to stop anything from progressing into something dangerous.
