“Only good things to say about Josue. We normally have friends or family watch our dog, Maddie, so we were a little apprehensive using a pet sitting service. But once Maddie met him we knew everything would be fine. She gave him boyfriend eyes the whole time. While we were away Josue was easy to get in touch with, he was reliable, took out the trash, walked her on schedule, kept the house clean. So happy we found him, I think our days of asking favors from friends are over!”

About: I am a CMA, and have worked in 4 vets offices over the years. I can give medication (oral, topicals or shots). I have been a groomer for 9ish years (traveling to homes and in grooming shops). I also come packing a huge heart ready to love whatever babies you have. I have cared for them all and really to care for yours!💜 I recently had surgery in March but have been cleared for work. I am a mobile groomer for myself so my schedule is very flexible. Working with vets/in hospitals, I have learned the best way to keep your animals safe and happy is to stay in their own home. Cars and new environments can cause a lot of stress or anxiety. Drop in visits and house sitting keeps your pet in a safe and comfortable place without the exposure to others or their pets.

“Our original house sitter (not from Rover) cancelled about a week away from departure. Because of the timing there were no kennel options (we don't do cheap with the babies), and Rover past sitters were all unavailable. Stephen came up with no previous jobs in this area but seemed ok on the site. So with our previous good experiences with Rover we decided to give him a try. He came over for about an hour the day after we picked him to meet the doggies and find out about the house which is large with a lot of automation. By the end of that meeting we were comfortable with his abilities. While we were away, he checked in with us daily, sent pictures and asked good questions on things that I had forgot to mention. The doggies took to him right away and ate well (one gets finnicky if he is worried) while having a good time with him. We always tell house sitters to make themselves at home and have never had a problem with the condition of the house when we returned. Stephen was no exception, he left the house clean, vacuumed, dishes clean and left the bedding as instructed by my wife. One of our dogs is very good at escaping and runs across roads, through yards and can get lost. Stephen apparently had no problems keeping Henry busy but, on a leash, outside of the house as observed on the outdoor Ring cameras during walks. We (including the doggies) look forward to seeing him again. We would highly recommend him for your consideration.”

About: I’ve taken care of all types of animals pretty much since I could walk. My family has had chickens, quail, pigs, horses, goats, guinea pigs, and of course dogs and cats! I’ve also worked as a ranch hand at a goat farm for 2+ years. Currently the only doggie I can call my own is my sweet Nala. She is a mini schnauzer who loves people and is quick to play with other pups. I currently work part time and attend college on Mondays and Wednesdays. So I can almost always sit or board Thursday-Saturday. I love walking and jogging so I’m always up for that. I’m currently in the midst of moving into an apartment with my best friend who also owns a friendly collie named Josie. And I have my sweet Nala. I will be able to board in the future but it will probably not be till September-October.

I'd love to work with hamsters, mice, gerbils, rats, etc. I had rats from 2021-2023. I'm not afraid of "bully" breeds, truly I adore them. If you have any questions feel free to message me! I'm unemployed at the moment (8/6/26) so I've endless time for pet play and care! I somewhat frequently have to administer medication to my older pets for various reasons. If your pet needs that I can provide with proper teaching from you, just to make sure I don't make a mistake. I cannot currently care for your pets at my home, not with 6 of my own. However I can play with, exercise with, feed, water, walk, and give lots of love to your fur baby.

About: I’ve cared for birds, chickens, ducks, and dogs—there’s nothing I can’t handle! I’ve wanted to be a vet since Kindergarten, and pet sitting is the closest I’ve gotten so far.
