“Christie was excellent. My puppies loved her. While we were away, she sent me pics of the puppies every day doing something in their normal daily routine. She took them for walkies, which cemented her and their relationship because it is one of their favorite activities which we told her was optional because they get super excited and is like walking a team of pulling sled dogs. She handled it with ease. When we returned home after the "happy to see you" reunion, the puppies were calm, full of tail wags, and going back to Christie to be petted and loved on. Christie also watered my garden for me while we were gone. She is very neat and tidy and the house was exactly mirror to when we left the week before. Our puppies have limited access to other people so they are suspicious of all new people they encounter, Christie won our dogs over with ease because she has a very gentle, kind, and genuinely caring nature as person. About: i’ve taken care of dogs just about all my life and has been a dream of mine to become a vet tech. i work in an animal hospital with all sorts of dogs and cats! please bring your animal here for lots of fun!! 🤩 i can’t wait to see your fur baby! i work full time at an animal hospital and i am available every weekend and some during the week depending on my schedule i will work around my schedule to watch your fur baby:) i have a good bit of experience in dogs and cats i own 5 pups if my own 3 are outside and 2 are inside i typically feed my dogs twice a day morning and evening as well as go on regular walks, sometime i will take them to the dam on the leash to stretch they’re legs and get some exercise and then come back home and have some more fun!

About: I am a CMA, and have worked in 4 vets offices over the years. I can give medication (oral, topicals or shots). I have been a groomer for 9ish years (traveling to homes and in grooming shops). I also come packing a huge heart ready to love whatever babies you have. I have cared for them all and really to care for yours!💜 I recently had surgery in March but have been cleared for work. I am a mobile groomer for myself so my schedule is very flexible. Working with vets/in hospitals, I have learned the best way to keep your animals safe and happy is to stay in their own home. Cars and new environments can cause a lot of stress or anxiety. Drop in visits and house sitting keeps your pet in a safe and comfortable place without the exposure to others or their pets.

About: I have had multiple dogs for decades. Dogs just seem to love me. I guess it's because they can tell I love them so much. I'm really good at taking care of things for your dog. I love walking them and playing. I don't even mind picking up the poop. I'm currently working part-time as a house cleaner. So I have flexibility in my schedule to take care of fur babies. Evenings and weekends are almost always open. I treat all dogs with kindness and respect. I would want others to take care of my babies that way. I always double check the food and water. If there are extra things needed, I make sure to get those done as well.

About: Enthusiastic dog and cat lover. Exotic pets welcome! Perfectly capable of handling any cleanup necessary. No experience with "extremely" disabled pets but I'd love to gain some! I don't smoke, I have reliable transportation, and I'm a fervent cruelty free advocate! I have 6 pets of my own, 2 dogs & 4 cats. Milo orange male, George orange male, Cashew orange male, Prim tabby female. Olive black lab, Sabrina chocolate lab. I'm able and eager to care for big & small animals of all breeds. I'd love to work with hamsters, mice, gerbils, rats, etc. I had rats from 2021-2023. I'm not afraid of "bully" breeds, truly I adore them. If you have any questions feel free to message me! I'm unemployed at the moment (8/6/26) so I've endless time for pet play and care! I somewhat frequently have to administer medication to my older pets for various reasons. If your pet needs that I can provide with proper teaching from you, just to make sure I don't make a mistake. I cannot currently care for your pets at my home, not with 6 of my own. However I can play with, exercise with, feed, water, walk, and give lots of love to your fur baby.

“Our original house sitter (not from Rover) cancelled about a week away from departure. Because of the timing there were no kennel options (we don't do cheap with the babies), and Rover past sitters were all unavailable. Stephen came up with no previous jobs in this area but seemed ok on the site. So with our previous good experiences with Rover we decided to give him a try. He came over for about an hour the day after we picked him to meet the doggies and find out about the house which is large with a lot of automation. By the end of that meeting we were comfortable with his abilities. While we were away, he checked in with us daily, sent pictures and asked good questions on things that I had forgot to mention. The doggies took to him right away and ate well (one gets finnicky if he is worried) while having a good time with him. We always tell house sitters to make themselves at home and have never had a problem with the condition of the house when we returned. Stephen was no exception, he left the house clean, vacuumed, dishes clean and left the bedding as instructed by my wife. One of our dogs is very good at escaping and runs across roads, through yards and can get lost. Stephen apparently had no problems keeping Henry busy but, on a leash, outside of the house as observed on the outdoor Ring cameras during walks. We (including the doggies) look forward to seeing him again. We would highly recommend him for your consideration.”

About: I’ve cared for birds, chickens, ducks, and dogs—there’s nothing I can’t handle! I’ve wanted to be a vet since Kindergarten, and pet sitting is the closest I’ve gotten so far. I am a college student so I might be out of your house for 2 hours or so but I’ll always let you know. I’m always available to watch the babies. About: I have been taking care of animals for as long as I can remember! I have a golden retriever named Maggie and two cats named John and Marmalade. I am great with all ages and types of pets, and I will treat yours with the same love and attention I do my own!! I am currently working Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. I am happy to do walks early in the AM, during my lunch and / or after 4! Weekends I am free to take care of your pets at anytime. My dog Maggie is older, and does very well with cats and dogs. My two cats do fine with other animals as well. I live in an apartment complex, but I have two dog parks within a mile from me that I often take my pup to!
