About: I’ve always loved being around animals and helping take care of them. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, walks, playtime, giving lots of attention, and making sure pets feel safe and relaxed while their owners are away. I know every pet has their own personality and routine, so I try to make them feel as comfortable and cared for as possible. I’m reliable, easy to communicate with, and happy to send updates and photos so you know your pet is doing well. Whether your pet is energetic and playful or more shy and laid back, I’ll make sure they get the care and attention they need. I currently work from 4am–1pm, which gives me availability in the afternoons, evenings, and on varying days off throughout the week. I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care after work and on weekends. I’m reliable, flexible when possible, and committed to making sure pets get plenty of attention, care, and exercise. I treat every pet like they’re my own and always try to make them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. I currently have a spoiled 2-year-old Golden Retriever, so I understand how important routines, attention, and patience are. I follow care instructions closely, keep communication open, and can provide regular updates and photos during visits or walks.

About: I’ve grown up around pets my entire life, dogs, cats, birds, turtles, etc! I’m a huge believer that they’re like family! I had a dog of my own for most of my life that was blind and diabetic, so I’m familiar with taking care of dogs of old age and medical care. I currently work as a flight attendant as well so my schedule varies week to week! I typically have spans on days on/off that make it easy for me to take care of your pets for several days! I live in an apartment that has sidewalks and grass all around, it’s a pet friendly complex:) I have no other pets or children that affect the environment. I’m also nearby a jogging trail that I love to take pets on for walks!

She promptly texted me about concerns and left the house neat and tidy. The house needed to be swept/swiffered given the house bunny is in a shed cycle but perhaps I didn’t make that expectation clear.”

About: I’ve taken care of many pets and I love what I do. Meeting new animals and being able to give a sense of peace to the owners while they are away is fulfilling. I like helping anyway that I can. I work at a Vet clinic so I see animals every day already so spending time with more animals is an added bonus. I work at a veterinary clinic full time. I work 10 hour shifts 4 times a week. Always off on Sundays. Rotate shifts on Saturdays. As long as you’re comfortable with my hours then I’ll make the pet sitting experience fun and enjoyable. I slowly approach the animals that are new to me to give them time to get used to me before they meet me. I like to gain a bonding experience by either going out for a walk with them or playing with a favorite toy of theirs to gain respect.

“Tisha was wonderful with our boy Rip. From the time they met at their first meeting, I knew she was the one . Rip immediately liked her, now after her stay with him, I think he loves her! Even our feral cat who doesn’t let ANYONE go near him but us, let Tisha pet him the first time they met. I felt totally at ease being away, knowing my pup was well cared for. She played with him, cuddled with him and sent us a lot of fun pictures. Highly recommend ( but not when we need her!)”

About: I have two dogs of my own and I dog sit for friends and family. We have a small home but give plenty of out door fun all day long for those energetic puppies Weekends are mainly open for us. We would rather stay home with our pups then going out. If we do go anywhere our dogs are kennel trained. We will soon have a fenced yard but for now we use leashes for outdoor walks, runs and lots of play time to get that energy out of the puppies. Our dogs have their own futon and lots of toys to keep them busy indoors as well.

About: I have cared for many different types of animals since the young age of 6 or 7. I have always had much empathy, patience and understanding for them. We cared for stray dogs, cats and a hurt hummingbird as a child. Christie was our family dog when I was a teen that was a beautiful Collie who I cared for till I moved away for college. Since then, I have cared for many dogs, birds, lizards and cats. I have educated myself greatly on the topics of pet care, behavior, training, feeding and more. I have served as a foster mom in DFW and currently assist Ay Chihuahua Rescue group in fostering and holding adoption & educational events. I also support foster families in their needs for our group. My hope one day is to have a big farm in the country where I can foster many more animals especially seniors in the short years that they have left. I am a retired Texas school educator who runs a small Etsy Shop from home. I am free to care for pets most of the day as needed and boarding on occasion. I have no obligations except my current two small dogs. I ensure pets have their potty breaks on a frequent basis to avoid accidents. I ensure they eat the right amount & quality of food for both meals. I walk my dogs even though we have a fenced backyard so that they can explore, smell the outdoors and be stimulated by all of the sights and sounds of nature. I am very patient, understanding, kind and considerate of all animals especially rescues and those that need more training, discipline and positive reinforcement. I have had pets my entire life from birds as a young girl to a turtle to cats and dogs. I care about all animals and understand their body language and try to be attuned to their thinking so as to not bring fear or aggravate any stresses they may have. As a young girl, I grew up in a neighborhood with many stray dogs and learned from an early age how to read their body and how to move my own body to not scare or threaten an animal. I am also a foster Mom to other foster Moms that need a vacation or break. Caring for pets brings joy, fun and satisfaction to my life and could not envision a life without pets.

“I have never had puppy before , so leaving my puppy for one weekend left me super anxious and nerves. Once Karen meet with us for the meet and greet i felt much better as she knew how much engagement was needed for an energetic puppy , she left me know what she was planning to do and ask if she could take her on field to the local parks which made me feel so relived that my puppy wouldn’t be in a kennel all day. I came back from my trip and my little girl looked like she had the time of her life i highly recommend Karen and well definitely be booking with her again !!”

About: I’ve been pet sitting for neighbors and friends for years, I love hanging out with people’s pets especially cats and big dogs! This year my neighbor got a puppy and I was constantly over there helping with potty training and feeding her! I’m currently a college student with a pretty flexible schedule! On weekdays before 11 and after 3 I am free to walk your pups! Weekends will be a little more tricky for me since I am currently doing a 200 hr yoga teacher training. I’m a very high energy person willing to play and walk the distance! with your fur babies! I have two dogs and a cat back at home and if I wasn’t hanging out with my cat I was playing with the dogs!
