About: Hey fur parents, I just wanted to come on here and provide a 5 star service to you and your fur baby! Here’s a little bit about me… I’ve pet sat, walked pets, administered medication to many pets that require it on a day to day basis (via orally and injection), and many drop-in visits for a little over 5 years now to highly anxious, aggressive, and elderly animals. I’ve also worked it the veterinary field assisting doctors to provide hands on care to your fur baby for a little over a year now. I’m also in with the AKC. I compete with dogs in conformation, agility, dock diving, scent work, and barn hunt etc. and have been doing that for about a year with all types of breeds and sizes. I have always had a special connection with dogs and all animals for that matter and enjoy every second I can get with any of them. I look forward to doing some pet sitting or walking for you and your fur baby! I work part-time at the veterinary clinic (2 times a week for 5 hours a day) which gives me plenty of time during the week to play with your precious fur baby! I’m also a college student who has recently switched to online classes giving me even more time with your pet! I have a fenced in yard for endless potty breaks and plenty of play area! I have two loving Labrador retriever’s dogs to bring your pet a buddy to play endless tug of war with or if your pet isn’t on the energetic side just a good ole snuggle buddy! 😁

About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all ages and sizes for more than 20 years. I see my own dogs as family, not just an animal to take care of. My goal is to always find the dog in the situation I am in, and befriend and spoil with snuggles and belly rubs. I have informal puppy training, meaning I did the training myself rather than taking a class. I have experience administering injections and giving pills. My goal is to make sure your pet remains as happy as possible while you are away to make it feel as if you never left home. Your pets care will always fit into my daily routine. I work in the school system so I am currently off for the summer, meaning once I drop my son off at daycare, I am open to your fur babies from 8a-5p Mon-Fri and all day on saturday and sunday. I treat your pets the same way I treat mine. (with respect to your household rules). I make sure my dogs eat twice a day and have fresh water daily. We have a fenced in yard so they get unlimited outside time as they wish, and will make sure that yours gets the same whenever I am at your home. I will make sure your pet gets their daily exercise, play and snuggles (and treats if you allow me to) to ensure they are comfortable while you are away.

“Tara took great care of our two crazy pups! We just moved into a new home and needed someone we could trust to come by and visit with our two cattle dogs this past week and Tara did a great job helping us out. She offered to come by and meet with our pups prior to the planned visits - so the dogs would be comfortable with her. Tara also sent photos of our dogs enjoying their time outside and looking happy. We would definitely recommend Tara to others in need of walks and/or drop in visits!”

About: What sets me apart is that I don’t just watch dogs — I care for them. I’m very attentive to their routines, their energy, and what makes them feel safe. I’m patient with puppies who are still learning and gentle with senior dogs who need extra love and understanding. I treat every dog like family, making sure they feel comfortable, calm, and truly cared for while you’re away. Pet care fits smoothly into my daily routine. I plan my day around the dogs in my care, making sure they get consistent attention, potty breaks, meals, playtime, and rest. I’m home and present, so your pet isn’t left alone for long periods. Caring for dogs is something I intentionally make time for, not something I squeeze in. Safety, trust & environment How do you care for pets in your home and/or your client's home? This will vary depending on which service you offer.

About: With over 10+ years of experience in dog sitting and walking, I've had the privilege of working with dogs of all ages, sizes, and temperaments. I love getting to know my clients and do my best to meet their expectations and requests. From helping puppies learn basic commands to providing gentle guidance for dogs, I’ve honed a skill set that focuses on positive reinforcement and building trust. Dog walking is something I truly enjoy—each walk is an opportunity to connect with dogs and give them the exercise and mental stimulation they need. What brings me the most joy, though, is giving back to my community. Helping dogs in need while fostering positive relationships with pet owners is incredibly rewarding. Being able to support families and their pets while making a positive impact on my neighborhood truly makes my work fulfilling. It’s not just about walking or training; it’s about creating a space where both dogs and their owners feel cared for and understood. Weekends and during the week are good days for dog walking or pet sitting appointments. I work full time, and allow enough time for pet sitting. I have two dog houses that my family and I built, cages used when necessary and tons of play space in the yard for my dogs. I am happy to provide my dogs with the utmost best care and upkeep!

Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement walker.
