About: I have had dogs and cats my whole life, as well as fish. I have most experience with large bully breeds. I had a black Labrador/Chow mix and English Mastiff growing up. I unfortunately recently lost my 13yr old American Bulldog in November of 2023, and 10 yr old Pitbull in May 2024 to cancer. We had both girls since they were pups so it was an huge devastation to our family. We currently have our 10 yr old Calico cat that was raised with them since a kitten. I have dog sat for friends and family as well in the past. I have experience giving oral medications and supplements if needed. I know how hard it is to work full-time and still have time to give the love and attention to your dogs that you want for them. I know many people have a hard time trusting doggy daycare with other strange dogs and the little one on one time they receive with handlers. I can give you the peace of mind knowing your pet is being well taken care of and receiving all the love and attention they deserve. During the school year I work at my son’s school on Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:50-1:15. Outside of that I am open for any pet drop-in or walking needs. :-) Your pets will receive a lot of attention and love along with any necessary needs. I am in good physical condition and can lift or handle strong, heavy dogs as well.

About: I’ve been an animal lover for as long as I can remember—growing up with dogs, cats, and even reptiles! I currently have a boxer mix, a Rottweiler, and a rescue cat! I also worked at a pet hotel for two years, where I made sure furry guests were well-fed, squeaky clean, and had tons of playtime. Whether it’s a tail-wagger or a purring cuddlebug, I’m all about keeping pets happy, healthy, and having fun! With working part-time & going to college, I have certain availability. Here are my available hours! Wednesdays after 4:00 pm and Fridays-Sundays anytime! I am based in Macomb but I also offer services to Chesterfield, Washington, Romeo, Clinton Township, Ira Township, Algonac Since I offer dog walking and drop-in visits, I focus on keeping your pet happy, healthy, and comfortable right in their own environment. During walks, I make sure your pup gets the right amount of exercise, mental stimulation (sniff breaks!), and of course, plenty of love and encouragement. Safety is always a top priority—I stay aware of surroundings, and adjust walks to fit your dog’s energy level and needs. For drop-in visits, I follow your pet’s usual routine as closely as possible—whether that’s feeding, playtime, potty breaks, or just some cuddle time. I always make sure water bowls are full, paws are happy, and your pet feels cared for and content while you're away.

“Lauren has been fantastic! We hired her at the beginning of this year for a few days a week to walk our Weimaraner. He’s a big puppy with a lot of energy and she has been amazing with him. We are so thankful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone needing her services.”

About: Through most of my adult life I've been responsible for caring for our families pets. This includes food, water, bathing and grooming, training, stimulation, medication, and anything else they may need. I mostly cared for dogs and cats but would occasionally help with horses. I often pet sit for my out of state family for long stretches of time, taking care of their pets needs and making sure they have a fun companion while their family is away. I work part time and make my own schedule, so I have plenty of flexibility to fit pet sitting into my routine. I can also work from my laptop while on the go, but pet's needs always come first. I have currently have a very energetic cat who loves to play. I'll play with her at least 30 minutes a day, though usually I'll keep playing until she loses interest. In terms of affection I spoil her all day and she loves it. When dog sitting for family I walk each dog 3-5 times a day, depending on each dogs needs. One dog I care for needs medication, so ensuring she receives it consistently each day at the same time is a priority. I find activities each dog likes doing and love spending time with them either playing with toys, roughhousing, or watching dog videos on YouTube, which one really enjoys.

I am available during the weekdays from 8:30am-3pm. I can also do some weekends if given advance notice ahead of time. Look forward to meeting you and your pet! I have two dogs in my family, that I love to spend time with and care for. I’m home from my college Grand Valley State University currently, and have some spare time. Since I love dogs and animals in general so much, I would love to work with them while earning some money for school! I have a partially fenced in back yard for one German Shorthair Pointer(Dalton) and a year old golden retriever(Kirby). My family takes them on frequent walks, and feeds them with mostly cooked meals. They have lots of play time, and lots of snuggle time.

About: Being a dog lover is part of my identity. I have 2 (high-energy) rescue pups and they're my besties. I walk them 1-2 times a day and would love to be your pup's new favorite walking buddy. Whether your dog needs a power stroll, a sniff-filled adventure, or just a little midday movement, I’ve got you covered. I'm new to Rover and currently have a flexible schedule. I'll mostly be available Monday- Friday from the hours of 6am- 3pm but open to accommodate additional requests. I will treat your dog as I treat my own- with love, belly rubs, & ear scratches. I know how to walk dogs safely, as I have experience of walking my own.

About: I've taken care of my dog and others’ since I was 10 years old. This includes a variety of rescues, pit bulls, golden retrievers, small dogs, and larger dogs. I adore all dogs and any animals! I could walk/spend time with them for ages, so I would love to have an opportunity to meet/walk your kiddos(pets). I also have experience with cat sitting and have been around many different personalities. I adore cats as well as dogs and would love to have an opportunity to meet/be with them! Kind regards:) I can fit pet care in whenever needed. I just graduated from IIT in Chicago, and I am currently living back with my parents in MI. I don’t have plans for work quite yet, so I have availability for drop ins, walks, and house sits usually any day! I know how to keep dogs safe while walking, and I allow them to smell what they need to while also getting in the exercise. About: I currently have two yellow labs, I've never met a dog I didnt love and who didnt love me! My take is simple, your dogs will be my grand children. They will be loved and spoiled and taught manners with patience and care. We will play fetch, chase butterflies, and cuddle. Kisses are accepted and encouraged. I have never NOT had a dog as an adult and have always trained myself. My dogs are well mannered, do not jump up on people ( that's important for large dogs) and find myself with time on my hands. I make my own dog cookies and use only fresh ingredients like apples and carrots. My home is large and dog proofed, because a little hair never killed anyone. I no longer work outside my home. This is my full time job that I absolutly love. Your pet will get a ton of love and attention. I have tie out runs and a two door safe net. Your pet will never be outside alone. We get lots of excercise with family walks daily.

Betty’s favorite time of the day is her walk and Megan makes sure she is taken to all her favorite spots and gets in all the sniffs she needs. My work requires me to be on-call all day, so Megan really helps out so much when Betty needs to go out before she gets restless. Betty loves Megan and she gets so excited anytime Megan comes by to see her.”

Michelle L.
“Michelle is my sister but I am not biased when it comes to properly caring for anyone's pet. She has watched my 2 dogs on occasions where my husband and I are out of town, and they are both on Medications. She has her own dog that is a rescue. Her dogs owner contacted her when she went into the hospital to pick up her dog and watch while at hospital. Her friend ended up dying, and because she had watched the dog on many occasions in the past, and her son could not take on a 95lb. dog in an apartment, my sister agreed to keep the dog. She will be a very responsible dog sitter.”
