“Benny is now part of Mariah’s “extended family”! He goes right in the house and leaves with a smile! It means a lot as a dog owner to be able to feel no stress when I drop Benny off to go on my work trips! THANKS MARIAH & FAMILY!😊🦮”

About: I was a care worker for most of life and had a career change at 25. I have done my share of taking care of the elder and animals. I have taken care of my own animals and others over my life time. I'm back in the Altoona area after the military. I was also known as the "crazy cat lady" during my most recent military deployment to the Middle East. I helped take care of the feral cats around camp by reporting new cats and taking care of one particular. I am a full-time student and am available after 5 pm and weekends. I update my schedule regularly for days I will not be available. I have a cat with chronic UTIs. I spend the extra time and money to make sure she is taken care of so I will make sure your animals receive the same care and love she does.
“We loved our experience “boarding” our dog with Michelle! We absolutely plan to book in the future! Michelle provided updates and many extras that are not included elsewhere! We feel that the care Sulley received was incredible!”

“Michael and Melanie were so wonderful and I would absolutely recommend them! They took amazing care of my high energy dog (border collie), taking her on many hikes and other adventures. They also sent me lots of pictures and communicated well!”

About: I have two pups of my own, a shitzu and boxer. My house is dog friendly and your pup will become one of the family over their stay with us. Treats, walks, and belly rubs for all. I work a full time job but am off all weekends. I am happy to host your animals Friday-Sunday. Optional weekdays possible after discussion on care. I own a house in town with a privacy fence in my back yard. Dogs are allowed to free roam the house while I am there, unless otherwise instructed.
About: I have loved all animals my whole life. When I was little I wanted to be a vet or work at a zoo. I have had many pets since I was little, cats, dogs, rabbits, and a chinchilla. I currently have a cat, two dogs, and chickens. There are not any animals I don't enjoy taking care of. Our pups we have now are very well trained. And we are very familiar with all ages and stages of dogs. Our current two are 8 months old and 10 years old. We lost our pup of 11 1/2 years in March. We also had to have washable diapers on her for a time before she had passed. So all ages we have had over this year. And love all the ages. I currently work full time, Monday- Friday. I would be able to take care of them before work and after. I am off every weekend and would be available anytime I do have a small fenced in area if needed in my yard. But we live on a dead end dirt road with an acre of ground for pups to run and play. Our dogs are very well trained off of leashes but we can put our clients dogs on a leash to be sure they are safe. For clients home I would follow however they care for their pets and their preferences.
About: I have 10 years experience with every type of animal from puppies, cats to horses reptiles and birds. I also have experience with dog training. I currently work full time but my job is very flexible with breaks, so your furry friend will get all of the attention that they require! I believe in utilizing all of the space available to provide the most optimal experience for the pet and for the family returning back home
About: I've had dogs my whole life and have experience taking care of dogs for over 40 years. I have over 30 years experience teaching kindergarten puppy classes. I have successfully trained and showed my dogs in competition obedience and flyball. I also have experience caring for senior dogs and am happy to care for yours. My own dogs at times have had to have medications and special exercise programs after a surgery. My experience also includes teaching people with service dogs how to use their dog after being placed in the home. Unfortunately, I am unable to care for cats. I am home most of the time so caring for a pet that needs frequent bathroom breaks or is on medication is not a problem. I live with my husband and three dogs. Our home is set up so that dogs can be separated. When I keep another dog, my dogs are typically kept separate from that dog. We have a fenced yard and I go out with the dogs. I walk them on a leash until they get used to the area, but will continue to walk them on lead if you choose to have me do that. If you wish your pet to have walks in the neighborhood, I will do that too.
“Great pet sitter! Madalynn was super responsive and sent lots of pictures and updates throughout the day. My dog had immediate access to her backyard and seemed very comfortable in her house. My dog came back very happy and tired after lots of fun playtime with Madalynns dogs. I also appreciate the thoughtful reporting on how much my dog ate, etc. Super pleased and would definitely recommend.”

We have a 2 acre yard that my pups are free to roam via a underground fence. But we also have a lead for my moms dogs when she brings them over to play.
