About: Hi! I’ve been a dog owner/lover through most of my life. I grew up with our family dog, Billie, who has since passed, but I’ve continued to enthusiastically offer to take care of friends’ pups in order to still get those precious cuddles in. I also previously worked for a dog walking/sitting company in Boston for several months before moving to SLC, so I'm experienced with handling multiple dogs at once on a walk if you have more than one pup. A couple of years ago, I spent several months full-time traveling, and utilized Trusted Housesitters. It was a great experience, and I got to care for many dogs and cats all over the US! Lastly, I like to stay active and go on lots of hikes or runs which I’d love to do with your pup(s) if you feel comfortable with it! I am working hybridly and taking classes part time, which means I will need to be away from your pet about 4-8 hrs each day. I'll be sure to fit in their exercise routines around my schedule of course! My care for your pet will depend upon what you request as the owner. As someone who likes to plan ahead, especially for overnight sits, I will make sure to get detailed instructions from you on how to care for your pet and hopefully meet your dog beforehand so they can be comfortable around me.

About: I have always loved dogs and I'm very attentive to reading their cues and body language. I can handle all kinds of pups- big, small, shy, energetic- and help them feel relaxed and happy when they are with me. I also enjoy keeping them mentally and physically active with fun walks, playtime and adventures. My own dog and I completed a 6 month puppy training program, and we keep practicing good manners and positive interactions with other dogs every day- whether at home, in the neighborhood, or out on the trails hiking around Salt Lake City. My family and I really enjoy meeting other dog owners and their pups. I'd love to set up a relaxed meet-and-greet to say hi and see if we'd be a good fit for walks or sitting! I stay at home with my 3 kids, ages 8-14, who go to school and various sports activities during the day, and I have availability for boarding, walks and day care daily. I have a 3.5 year old bernadoodle at home who is super friendly and loves to play with other dogs and be active, so we always making sure we get out to play fetch or go on hikes and walks throughout the week. I genuinely enjoy spending time with dogs and helping them feel welcome in my home. I know that dogs are family and I take the trust that other owners put in me to keep their dogs safe and cared for very seriously. My dog Loki is very friendly and loves to play with friends- we have a fenced in backyard, and I make sure that he and other dogs with us get attention and exercise. There is plenty of water available and there are multiple dog beds throughout the house. I’m all about the details, and will adhere to your leash preferences, as well as feeding, training and night time routines- whatever you and your dog need to feel safe and secure. My kids also love to play and pay attention to dogs - we are a very dog friendly home! We always have a meet and greet with every request to make sure that it is a good fit for everyone involved.

About: My name’s Chris and I’m a nursing student and animal lover! I’ve had 4 cats over the course of my life with varying medical needs, from prescription diets to daily oral medication. I also love dogs and have spent lots of time around dogs, and I’d love to take care of yours :) I’m currently a student so my schedule is pretty flexible from now until January! My schedule will look different after January, but I should know more as January approaches. I can feed your furry friends, play with them, administer their medications, crate them, take them for walks, comfort them, give them treats, and anything else your friend may need while my services are needed!

About: I have three dogs of my own, two Aussie mixes and one Yorkie mix, so I’m very used to lots of energy and personality. I used to train my oldest dog in agility and loved it, and I’ve been the go‑to dog sitter for my aunt’s friends, family and neighbors. I can do walks, drop-ins, and house sitting around my work schedule now, and I’m wide open all day on Saturdays and Sundays. We always go to a park or around the neighborhood for walks and playtime. I care for pets in my clients’ homes by sticking to their normal routine and following all instructions for walks, feeding, and meds. I make sure they have fresh water, a clean area, lots of attention, and I send updates and photos. I also treat my clients’ homes with respect and always lock up and tidy before I leave.

About: I have always had a special draw towards animals and love to be around them. I have a 12 yo black lab/pointer that I adopted at 4 months and my life revolves around her. I exercise her daily and will usually take my friends dogs with me as well. I am the first person my friends call when they need a dog sitter because they know I will walk them every day and treat them like one of my own. I'm used to having multiple animals around and make sure all of their needs are met. I am in school Monday and Thursday nights, so I am available to hike, play, care, check in, and provide affection and attention all other times.
