As this person had never cat-sat for us before, Gloria went above and beyond expectations by training the new caregiver and allowing the new caregiver to contact her if she had questions. In fact, at one point, when it sounded like there was a serious concern about our cat, Gloria even contacted us! So, essentially, she stayed "on duty" even though she was "off duty!" We were both thankful and impressed by her dedication to our cat (and us). Gloria treats and regards our cat as though he were her own fur baby! She loves him, and he loves her.
