About: I have been caring for my own pets for over 10 years, and throughout that time have cared for pets of family and friends whenever needed. I am currently pet-mom to 2 cats and 1 dog (cattle dog). I am happy to care for pets of all sizes, breeds, and energy levels. I have professional experience caring for humans of all ages (infants-seniors), and am excited to use those caretaking skills to love on your furry friends! I work an office job during the week, but my position allows for flexibility in hours/scheduling. I can do walks/check-ins during the day (depending on location), and any level of care in the evenings/overnight. Weekends are most flexible, and I can provide any of my listed services. For services in your own home, I have my own transportation and am happy to work out a schedule that works for us both :) I’m flexible with scheduling, and am happy to accommodate to meet the needs of your pet.

“I feel so lucky I found Alexus to dogsit for us while away visiting family. I have two lab mixes that she quickly bonded with, even my timid dog who is very weary of strangers. They were snuggling and playing together within a day or two, I was (happily) shocked! One of our dogs got sick right before we had to leave on our trip, and Alexus took such good care of her and was always willing to go the extra mile for us when our dog needed to go to the vet while we were out of town. She was communicative and sent us daily photos and videos which I loved. She's the best!”

About: I love taking care of animals! I quickly form special bonds with them. I have worked at many dog daycare/boarding/grooming facilities. I've worked at a vet clinic where I got to interact with and help with the animals. I have also watched pets while family and friends were at work or out of town. She was willing to step up to the plate when our dog had abnormal symptoms (offered to take her to the vet, pick up meds, etc). We would recommend her as a sitter!”
