About: I’ve taken care of pets ever since I was 12. People have relied on me to watch, feed, and bathe their pets. I would love to help you and your fur babies. I’m a college student so I will have plenty of time to help you and your pets! I am available from 7am-5pm Monday, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays. And 7am-2pm on Wednesdays and Saturdays. I can easily walk or feed your dogs if you need. I can check in and go play with them. I am at your service.

About: I have taken care of animals for as long as I can remember I am constantly around animals and having to commit myself to taking care of them. I am comfortable around all dogs and am willing to adapt and learn how to best care for your animal. When I come to take care of, play with, and walk your dogs I will dedicate my time to loving them. I would love to be able to take them to the dog park where they can also interact with other animals while you're away! I have one of my own - golden doodle full of energy and curiosity! I have a flexible schedule and enjoy staying active throughout the day. About: I have taken care of animals since I was 8. I have a dog who turns 8 this year, which I take full responsibility, that includes: vet visits, grooming, and activities. I also have trained her to do cool tricks! I've taken care of my sister's 2 dogs as well while she was on vacation. I have a lot of experience with small animals too! I have the whole summer off from college, and I am recovering from my illness, so I believe that taking care of a pet will fit into my schedule without interrupting doctor visits. It also is not as straining as a retail job. I will make sure to check for areas that could cause harm to an animal and provide a solution to the problem to ensure safety. About: I have had pets since I was a child . From fish, turtles, dogs , cats and a guinea pig . I love animals so much. I am currently working part time and I’m usually gone 4-5 hours a day . Other than that I am home pretty much all day. I have a small fenced in yard that would be great for your pet to get a breath of fresh air . And enjoy some play time

About: I've always been into nature, animals, insects and pets. My grandmother would always joke and say that I should be a Veterinarian when I grow up. Between playing with earth worms, petting any dog I see or spoiling my own pups, I love people and I love their animals and pets. For the past decade, having to care for other's pets never felt like a chore. It remains the foundation of my desire to join Rover. About: I've had pets all of my life. I love all animals especially dogs. I currently have a toy poodle named jewels . Jewels is actually my sister's dog but she was born on my birthday and we've been inseparable since the first day I laid eyes on her. The love of a pet is unconditional and that's one of the characteristics i love most about dogs. They can sense danger and they can also sense when they are in good hands. Im a 35 year old stay at home mom (to a 2 year old daughter) that loves animals and wants your fur baby to be shown as much love as I would show my own. Hopefully I can help by being that piece of mind for you to know that your pet is not lonely and is in excellent care. My daughter goes to daycare during the week so im pretty flexible 7 days a week. Im ok with schedules but I also understand that things happen. Some situations are unplanned and last minute and that's ok with me as well. Communication is everything. I live in a community that loves dogs and im sure your fur baby will love visiting here. I am a homeowner and I have a big gated backyard as well as a park with a walking trail that I visit frequently on a weekly basis.
About: I have dog sat for many family friends before, including big and small dogs, cats, and even a few birds and guinea pigs! I have walked, fed, brushed, bathed, played with, and even house sat with many different dogs. Currently I work Monday-Wednesday, from 8-5, but that is not set in stone. On days other than those previously listed, I can make anytime of day work. My home is not available to dog sit your pet. I have a not-so-friendly terrier that does not get along well with other dogs. I have dog/house sat in many homes before, so I am perfectly capable of keeping one’s home a tight ship, including cleaning, collecting mail, watering plants, etc.!

You and your sitter can agree on a care schedule that fits your pet’s routine and the sitter’s availability. Pet Sitting can be booked as a one-time or recurring drop-in visit. If you need overnight care or dog walks, you may also be able to book House Sitting or Dog Walking through Rover with the same sitter, provided they offer those services.
Before booking, confirm:

Not every sitter offers the same services, availability, or booking options. Review their profile and discuss the care you need through Rover before booking each service.
If you would like updates while you’re away, you can discuss with your sitter how many or how frequent you’d like those updates to be. The Rover app allows sitters to send photos, videos, and messages about your pet, including how many pee or poop breaks occurred. You can message your sitter at any time through the app and our support team is available 24/7 by email or chat if you have concerns.

Only sitters who have never booked with you before can schedule a Meet & Greet on Rover; however, you are welcome to coordinate one in Rover messages with sitters you have previously booked. This can be helpful if you have a new pet or routine you want to go over with your sitter.
Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Meet & Greets are a great way to prepare your pet and sitter for longer stays or first-time bookings. Read our tips for your first Meet & Greet.
sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
