Routined day, down to feeding schedule, walks, bathroom breaks, etc. Followed by lots of TLC ! I prioritize their comfort, safety, and routine. I ensure they have a clean, cozy space, stick to their usual feeding and exercise schedule, and provide plenty of attention and playtime. I’m attentive to any special instructions, such as medications or specific behavioral needs, and keep the environment secure and pet-friendly. My goal is to make them feel as relaxed and happy as possible, just like they would with their family.

About: I’ve taken care of an array of dogs since I was a child. Calm, engaged, and fun dog mom. Teacher full time needing a summer gig. I currently work full time as a middle school teacher. I want something to fill my time over the summer. What better way to do it than with animals? My current dog care happens in the morning and afternoon/evening. I currently have open availability aside from a few pre-planned activities. I have a large unfenced yard. I have an older spayed female chipoo that is friendly with other dogs. She is on a set routine which includes going outside multiple times a day, meals twice a day, play time, plus more. I regularly clean the bottom, paws, face, etc. to ensure things are always fresh and clean.

“I was skeptical to use Rover, but I had to make last-minute travel plans and my regular pet sitter was unavailable so I decided to give it a try. I was also afraid that nobody was going to want to take care of my eight dogs (mostly senior and special needs) and one cat. I contacted Amber and described all of my pets and their special needs, and she was up for the challenge. She even shared pictures and stories of her own babies to make me feel more at ease. Leaving six dogs over the age of 12, two special needs Frenchies (one deaf and one paralyzed), and one 17-year-old cat in the care of a stranger was very difficult for me to do. Upon meeting Amber, however, I was quickly put at ease. My animals immediately took to her and I could tell she was a kind, calm, gentle soul, which made leaving them easier. Amber handled all of my babies with extreme care and even read and followed my many, many pages of instructions. When she had questions, she texted or called me just like I asked. She took on the challenge of my paralyzed Frenchie like a pro - and it's not an easy job. She had to express her bladder every several hours, change her diaper, give her baths, carry her around, and give her lots of snuggles! She administered medications to my animals and gave them the various types of different food they eat. I came home to a happy, healthy crew of animals - and a new friend! I'm so happy I chose Amber and that she "chose" us. I highly recommend her and would definitely use her again!”

“Kayleigh was great! This was my first time using Rover. After reviewing many people, I chose Kaylea based on her reviews. She is absolutely outstanding with my dog, Khloe. She kept her at her house for the weekend while I was out of town. Chloe came back, excited, clean, healthy, and happy. Kaylea paid special attention to Chloe, even allowing her to sleep in her bed, which is where Chloe is used to sleeping at my house in mine. I would highly recommend Kaylea if you need your pet looked after. I will definitely use Kayleigh again. Next time I travel out of town.”

About: Hi ! My name is Jessica . I have 20 plus years with pet sitting . I am pet CPR certified. I love each fur baby as my own . I have experience in Big and Little dogs and cats . I keep the fur baby in its routine . I do over nights in your home to keep the anxiety level down. I have plenty of references. Just ask and I’ll be glad to give them to you . If I am staying in your home for overnights. I am in and out through the day with many potty brakes and play time till I’m settled in for the evening., If I am doing just visits each visit is 30 mins with play time . I do not have a fenced in yard . I take everyone out with a leash. I have crates Incase you want your dog crated . I keep the fur baby in its routine . So if it sleeps with you it sleeps with me .

About: I love being active and outdoors, dogs always have a special place in my heart. I am currently a veterinarian assistant and have been working with animals for over 7 years through the military. I have been trained on: first aid, grooming, hygiene, and care for all animals. Working with dogs of all sizes helps me better my skills so I can someday be a vetanarian and open my own hospital. I strongly believe that dogs are men best friend and should be treated with the best care and love. Running around with young and energetic dogs or walking and relaxing with older and relaxed dogs I love them both. And I look forward to having this great opertonity and experience with your dog. I work relief for a vet hospital but my availability is very flexible. I am able to take your pet out twice a day if needed. I have a fenced in back yard and a nice neighborhood where we are able to run and walk with our dogs. So there is plenty of space to play and relax.

About: At 28 Years Old, I have nearly always had a dog living with me. 8 dogs have been apart of my life in the past and currently 4 reside in our large loving home. Nearly every single one of my dogs have been rescued and cared for, where I try my best to change my own routine to better fit their needs rather than trying to change them to fit my own. In the past two years I have boarded relatives' dogs at my own home and would like to continue helping dog parents with any dog care they might need. Because I've had so many dogs in my life, I have had to experience both the beginning and end of their lives. I especially enjoy giving extra care to senior dogs to make sure they are most comfortable in the golden age of their lives. I am working only part time so I have plenty of time to give your dogs as little or as much attention as you need. My schedule is extremely flexible. Weekends or Weekdays are perfect for me. My home sits on a hilly and forested 3 acres, with fenced in portions as well as a long circular driveway perfect for walks! In the fenced area, there is a pool perfect for any water loving dog in the summer! There is also an enclosed run of chickens that are unbothered by any rambunctious and curious dogs. Currently we have 4 dogs, one an outdoor Rottweiler dog that is all too happy to play with another dog, but with her own separated fenced in area. We have 4 indoor dogs, 2 Rat Terriers and 2 Chihuahua. All of them have shown friendly tendencies to unfamiliar dogs of similar size. They have had mixed feelings over larger dogs and I know that not all dogs enjoy the company of others. Should your own dog be more comfortable being alone and dislike other dogs, our house is set up in a way that your own dog can have their own private space away from my dogs and still get whatever attention is needed while still allowing my own dogs ample space.
