About: I am a 24-year-old college student searching for pet-sitting opportunities in Tallahassee, Florida. I am passionate about animals and plan on entering a Zoology-related career field. My specialty lies in reptiles, amphibians, and cats, but I am just as capable of caring for small dogs and birds. I do not accept large dogs as I am a slight individual and have difficulty handling them. Over the years, I have cared for a boa constrictor, a leopard gecko, two rats, two African dwarf frogs, a red-eared slider, a Shih Tzu, and a total of seven cats. Fun Fact: Jackson Galaxy and Steve Irwin are heroes of mine! My schedule is flexible, and I will work part or full-time as required. I am willing to stop by once a day or stay the night with your pet(s) as needed. I have reliable transportation and can care for small animals at any client's home in the Tallahassee area. With all pets, I will require a meeting beforehand to ensure they are comfortable with me and that I am providing the best possible care. This will include me writing down all necessary information, such as emergency contact numbers, feeding schedules, specific care requirements, and household upkeep. I will maintain steady contact with the client through phone calls and texts while caring for their animal(s).

About: Animals sense how much I love them & want to make them feel comfortable in every situation. I love doing for them what brings happiness. I have cats & a dog. Some duties & everyday routine include, Cat box cleaning, wet food treats, homemade dog treats, playtime, snuggles, clean up I have a fenced yard. I can walk dogs at their home. We can go to dog parks if that is an option for dogs. Play fetch I clients yard.

About: I have been taking care of dogs, cats and even horses since the age of 9. From drop ins, dog walking, overnights and even puppy classes I have worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes. I have potty trained, crate trained, and taught basic commands to both puppy and adult dogs. I have cared for senior dogs and have experience giving meds and care for post surgery/medical procedure. From the time I was a child I have loved being trusted to care for neighbors and friends animals while they were away. No animal is off limits as I love them all! I look forward to meeting and working with you and yours! I am currently staying at home while my husband works so my schedule is very open. Every day of the week is a possibility for drop ins or overnight care. I live in a home with plenty of space to crate your baby if they stay the night, ensuring their safety and ours. I currently own a 75lb goldendoodle who loves playing with other dogs. My neighborhood is incredibly dog friendly and is lined on a paved circle perfect for walking dogs. I usually do an AM and PM walk to allow dogs to potty, along with intermittently taking them out throughout the day. Most play time happens inside where there is a much lower risk of escape or overheating.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs and other large and small animals since I was 10. I have also worked in a vets office which has only increased my knowledge and care giving skills for all types of animals. Neighbors, friends and family have always relied on me anytime any day of the week to care for their furry friends. I am currently working with Rover full time so I will have time to play with your pets any time of the day with no worries that they will get the care they deserve. although I live in a apartment, I am more happy to take her for a friend for a long enjoyable walk or hike so they get the enrichment they need. About: Although my profile is new to Rover, I am well versed in the experience for years. My mother has been a Rover sitter since I was a child and I have much experience with her going to help at clients houses. I have experience with dogs of all ages from birth to end of life, as well as cats. I am an avid animal lover and owner of exotic pets as well. I grew up on a homestead and have experience with many types of pets including livestock! Dogs, cats, fish, reptiles, rodents, birds, insects and invertebrates, I have experience with them all. I grew up with 10 dogs! My schedule is very open. I am currently post bachelors taking a break from school, as well as pursuing my degrees in Art and Anthropology. I have flexibility in my schedule to meet your needs, and I love to have detailed communication to make sure that we are always on the same page. I am very detailed when it comes to directions for my own pets so I am prepared to give your babies the same care I want for mine. I have so much in depth experience with dogs growing up on a homestead, and many of those experiences involved emergencies. I know what signs to look for to make sure your dog is safe and healthy, and will always err on the side of complete caution. I have a strong respect for safety and health and want your dog to not only be taken care of but observed in depth to make sure they are getting everything they need from me. About: I’ve been pet sitting for family for years now and figured it’s time to branch out the business. I live alone, have a large back yard and a nice park nearby my house. I would pet sit at times when I am available to and take on pets in a manner that makes logistical sense for me and my schedule. I check on them and look for any signs of obvious discomfort or distress. Make sure they have time to use the bathroom/clean litter box and water. Most animals will try and communicate to you what they need, so it’s good to follow the routines they have at home and interpret what they need and at what time.

I also provide updates and photos so owners can feel reassured that their pets are happy and well cared for while they’re away. About: I’ve been taking care of dogs sense I was 10, I’ve gone to numerous dog training camps, I’ve worked at two vets and have taken care and own dogs and cats myself. I work part time and in school part time but I have a lot of flexibility with my day and always take priority over animals as I’m going to school to be a vet. I have a fenced in yard, and love going on walks with dogs, and making sure they have enough water afterwards, i love having a schedule when it comes to house sitting and making sure everything is accurate.

About: I’ve grown up on a farm since I was little. I also worked at a veterinary hospital for three years in our boarding facility and helping assist our medical team. I currently work part-time with an incredibly flexible schedule. I make my own hours so as long as you’re flexible and open with me, I’m more than happy to work with yours! I love to take my pet for daily walks as it gets me outside and exercised as well as her! I do not have a fenced in back yard, but live in a very safe neighborhood where i’m able to walk my pet whenever and wherever!

Just give more some important info about your dog ie. Frequency of walks, their typical schedule, special needs and I will give them what you give them everyday. About: I have taken care of all types of animals since I was 13! Ive had dogs my whole life and I am cat mom! I have always walked and cared for my families and friends animals! I'd love to take care of any animals you may have I am getting my PhD at FSU for the next 4 years and I love animals more than anything ! As someone who needs a part time gig I wanted it to be doing something I love ! I can fit your fur babies into my routine morning, day and night and provide them with the best care! I always make sure I spend extra time with any pets I watch , and make sure they are provided with treats , attention and whatever other needs they may have . About: I’m experienced and very caring for a variety of pets, including cats, dogs and fish. I currently have two German short haired pointers so I know how to handle energetic dogs. I provide reliable, loving care tailored to each pets needs like feeding, walking, playtime, medications, and lots of attention. Your pets comfort and safety always comes first. I currently have an internship only three days a week,but will be available in afternoons. We can work together to figure out the schedule you need for your pets. I have two German shorthaired pointers which I love with my whole heart. I feed them regularly, let them outside in our backyard and take them for walks.

About: Throughout my life, I have always been drawn to animals. I have grown up interacting with dogs, cats, horses, cows, chickens, and more. In 2016, my family dog, Cayson, entered my life. Through caring for him, my love for animals intensified, as well as my caretaking skills. About: I have grown up with dogs and cats my entire life. Professionally I have worked with animals for about 5 years now. I worked at a doggy daycare for almost 3 years. Working there taught me a great deal about animal behavior and different kinds of dog personalities. I currently work at an animal hospital as a veterinary assistant. My job duties involve administering medication daily and taking care of both dogs and cats. I have previously worked at an emergency veterinary hospital as well, which helped me learn how to react best under pressure. I have 3 fur babies of my own (1 dog and 2 cats). About: I’ve been a dog and cat groomer for 4 years. I grew up on a farm taking care of all the animals from horses, cows, pigs, chickens , dogs , cats , turkeys etc. I’m very patient with animals who take more time to get to know new people who come into their lives and I love my senior animals who take a little longer on our walks :) I just moved to Florida from Arizona. This will be my full time job for now until I am able to save up to start my own mobile dog and cat business and hopefully be able to provide grooming services to all my lovely clients I am very reliable and flexible. I have always been the neighborhood help for pet care when my neighbors went on vacation. I’ve helped with feeding their farm animal and their indoor animals .
