“We have used Frances’ services in the past for our Border Collie Bojangles but had never boarded our puppy (21 months) Maggie. She is always with us so we were concerned how she would do. Frances as always spent time getting to know Maggie and made sure she was comfortable with her new surroundings. Frances sent us pictures during our time away and Maggie was having her best dog life playing, running and actually was a bit homesick for her other new “besties” when we brought her home. One of the positive outcomes was Maggie used to be finicky when she would eat and was a grazer. Her first evening home she finished her meal as soon as it was put down!!! Frances spends quality time with each of her boarders. Her environment is so dog friendly, clean and welcoming. “Roxana and Nathan were wonderful with our girl, Maggie. They didn't hesitate one bit when I needed them on such short notice. With this being Maggie's first stay with them, they walked us around their large and very dog friendly piece of property and introduced Maggie to the other pups. By the time I left, Maggie was happily in Roxana's arms ready for her stay. The communication was excellent and I even received pictures and video of Maggie throughout her stay. At pickup, Maggie had been bathed and was clearly exhausted from running, playing and exploring the area. I will definitely use Roxana and Nathan again! Added bonus -- their two sweet daughters enjoyed playing with Maggie as well.”

I think he could tell these were loving and gentle souls and he was safe. Luna was also super comfortable in their home and spent her time watching nature from the top porch. We went on vacation without any worries and that was a comforting feeling for us. When you meet Gae and her husband, you instantly know these are great people.
