I was very nervous about leaving our 4 month old puppy with anyone until I met Roxana and Nathan. We booked with them the same day.(I had visited 3 other places and this was by far the best). They took very good care of our puppy and socialized him with multiple other dogs (they had a puppy the same age as our pup). They kept me updated with comments on how he was doing and photos (which I showed to everyone). He came home a very happy puppy. I will leave my dog with them again any time.
We had an absolutely amazing experience with Roxana and Nathan who watched our puppy, Willow! She’s very shy and still getting used to the world, so we were a little anxious about how she’d get along with other dogs. But they made the entire process so easy and reassuring. From the very beginning, they were kind, patient, and truly attentive to her needs. They took their time with her, helped her come out of her shell, and now—thanks to their care—she loves being around other dogs! It’s been so special seeing how much she's grown and learned during her time with them. They also kept us constantly updated with photos, videos, and thoughtful messages, which meant the world to us (especially for an anxious dog parent like me!). Willow came home happy, calm, and clearly loved. We also learned so much about her personality while she was in their care. We’re incredibly grateful for the love and attention they gave her. Couldn’t recommend them more highly!
