And, because she’s used to going with us almost everywhere she experiences significant separation anxiety when she cannot go. And, although she likes her crate we do not crate her at night. She has always slept on our bed with us. Charis understood & did not have any problem allowing our pup to sleep on their bed with them. And, dog loves playing with other dogs. So, the fact that Charis had French & English Bulldogs that were of similar size & temperament made her place the obvious choice. Not to mention the kind & caring atmosphere at her home. It was very obvious that our pup had a great time because she came home exhausted & happy. And, was very relaxed & at peace the next day. We also really appreciated receiving daily updates & photos via text. It really helped to set our minds at ease. We definitely intend to use Charis again. And, we will highly recommend her services to everyone we meet.”

This was our first time ever boarding our 2 very small dogs. We were understandably anxious but Roxana and Nathan were very sweet to us and gave us lots of time to get to know them and their adorable daughters. When we dropped them off they were very patient with us as we gave them tons of instructions about how to feed them, give them their meds and put them to bed. We left feeling confident that our pups were in good hands. The pups seemed well cared for upon our return and they jumped right back into their routine at home so I know they didn't experience any trauma during their stay. I think WE were the traumatized ones - with separation anxiety! LOL
Great experience boarding my dog with Roxana and Nathan! They were really welcoming and friendly throughout the entire process. They sent lots of pictures throughout the stay and my guy had lots of fun playing and digging with other dogs. They were kind enough to give him a wash before he came home.
