She was very calm and not agitated at all coming back from her stay. We had a huge hiccup with car troubles and needed to extend her stay 2 more nights. Melissa and Angel made me feel so comfortable and assured me that everything would be okay when extending the times. They worked with me the entire time! Joann and Angelina made this difficult thing to do so much easier! Joann texted me throughout the day and even sent me some pictures to assure me that he was okay. Oh and their dog Remi is such a sweet boy and loves people and was so good with accepting my dog as well. Our day went longer than we expected and Joann and Angelina were willing to help out longer than expected.
