Gwendolyn showed up a few days prior to meet the cats and we showed her all the things we needed her to check. The cats came right up to her and seemed to love her from the start! We are also in the process of selling our home, so a few times we had inspectors and appraisers come through and she even came at different times and even short notice to check on them! About: I have 4 years of experience in animal care. Starting as a kennel tech for my very first job to now a veterinary assistant. I take pride and joy in the care I will provide. I am trained in giving any type of medication or special treatment your pup might need, from puppies to seniors. I will love and care for your pup like they’re my own. I’m currently a full time veterinary assistant with 3 days off. I will take care and play with your pups on the weekends as needed. I will give your pups potty breaks ,fresh food and water, medications, and play time as needed. As a veterinary assistant I am trained in giving your pup the best care they need.

About: I am a retired Vet Tech of 35 years. I worked with companion animals, farm animals and occasionally birds, pocket pets and exotics. I now work remotely from home and want to continue caring for and enjoying all animals. I'm here to snuggle and care for your fur-babies when you can't be there. I'm available for dog walking on the weekends or weekdays evening and for daily drop-in visits for cats and caged pets any day of the week! Since I work from home, fitting the care of your pets into my schedule, is very doable. I have 1 cat and 1 dog (oh, and a husband, lol)! Dog waking is limited to evenings during the week and anytime on the weekend. Daily drop-in visits for cats and caged pets can be done any day of the week. I will consider limited boarding in my home on a case by case basis that we can discuss. I have a large yard, but not fenced in. My dog is a house dog and gets walked on a leash for potty breaks. We also have a dog trolley line to use for when we want to hang outside.

About: I have always had pets ranging from dogs and cats to chickens and horses, growing up. I live on a farm, so I have a lot of experience with animals. I currently have 2 dogs and 3 cats who I couldn’t live without, and I’d love to meet some new furry friends! About: I worked as a veterinary technician for 25 years. I worked with dogs, cats, birds and other small animals. I also spent my whole career working as a wildlife rehabber. I have canine and avian training and behavior experience. I have lots of experience in pet/ house sitting and can provide recommendations and references if needed. I will care for you pets as if they are my own. If you need someone to care for your horses, goats, chickens, or other farm critters I have plenty of experience. I am currently a at home baker. I sell macarons at the local farmers market on Saturday mornings. I can adjust my schedule as need. I don't normally board at my home but will make exceptions for some pets. I have my own pets to consider when making this decision.

About: I am a lifetime dog owner, I currently have two dogs. Rusty is a Red heeler that came from a rescue, Gunner is a lab mix that was also a rescue. I have a cat named freya who was rescued from a horrible situation, I have 3 bunnies that are 4 years old. I am in the process of becoming a veterinarian. I was a vet tech for 10 months. My passion is help any animal in need. I have worked with all breeds with different health issues. I’m very patient with skittish, afraid or nervous pets. I have did some dog training on and off over the years. I have walked several dogs in my community. I have also house sat/pet sat while families have went on vacation. I love all animals as if they were my own. I donate every month to local shelters to help any fur baby in need. I would love to give your fur baby all the attention, play time in the world. My pets come first before anything. As my fur babies get fed once I wake up, and again a hour before bed. They get let out about 4-5 times a day. They have plenty of play time throughout the day. I have open availability to take care of your fur babies. I do not have a fenced in yard. I walk my dogs in the yard or at the park. When it’s play time there able to be off the leash and run around the back yard. I have some clients that have fenced in backyards and, some where the dogs need to be walked.

As a stay-at-home dog mom, I’m home the majority of the time, which allows me to be fully present and flexible for your fur babies. My schedule is very open, so I’m available most days and times to provide attentive, loving care. Because I’m not juggling a full-time job outside of the home, your pet won’t be left alone and will receive consistent supervision, potty breaks, playtime, and cuddles throughout the day. I truly enjoy being home and caring for animals, so pet sitting fits naturally into my daily routine and allows me to give each dog the time, patience, and attention they deserve. 🐶💛 When caring for pets in my home, I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where they feel comfortable and secure. I follow each pet’s usual routine as closely as possible — including feeding schedules, potty breaks, walk times, medications, and bedtime habits — because I know consistency helps reduce stress. Pets in my care receive plenty of supervision, affection, playtime, and rest. Since I stay home, they’re rarely left alone and always have someone nearby to make them feel safe and cared for. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I respect both the pet’s routine and the owner’s space. I make sure feeding instructions, walk schedules, medications, and any special care needs are followed exactly as requested. I keep things tidy, provide regular updates with photos, and make sure your pet feels comfortable in their familiar environment. My goal in either setting is the same — to treat your fur baby like family and give you peace of mind while you’re away.

Having a big family gave me plenty of opportunities to learn and grow with different animals I attend college two days a week and work the night shift at my job!
